Very good location with many eateries just round the corner. Raffles city is also just across the road!!

It's a pretty new and modern hotel, located in the business district. The building is shared with a few other hotels, so it will be a little confusing at first. The rooms are nice and clean, and modern, but they are not situated on the higher floors like the other hotels in the same building. We opted for the river view but not high enough. Location is just opposite the Raffles City, and next to the subway station, very convenient.

Big and comfortable rooms, convenient location in the city centre.

I've stayed at voco Chongqing twice: in Dec 2023 and Mar 2024. Both times I was completely satisfied with the hotel. The location is excellent: just across the street from Raffles City (a huge luxury shopping mall with various restaurants and shops). Right next door, there's a smaller complex building with street food and bargain clothes. The subway station is just a few steps away. I got a room with spectacular view of the river and the landmark skyscrapers of Chongqing. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room amenities are very nice, and the bedding is very comfortable. This is an excellent hotel. Special thanks to the hotel staff, Cindy and Cas, who gave us a warm welcome and wonderful service!

New hotel with fantastic staff. They don't all speak English, but they will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are larger than most and have a cosy yet modern feel. Views are amazing. Breakfast is very good. Best of all for us, there was a laundry room with free detergent - a small thing, but it made a huge difference to our china travels.

The hotel is in a good location, in the core area of ​​Chaotianmen business district, opposite Raffles Square, one of Chongqing's landmarks, and there is a subway station downstairs. It is not far from Jiefangbei business district, and it can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is in the same building with many other hotels and office buildings, which is a bit messy and noisy. The lobby is on the 13th floor and you need to take the hotel's exclusive elevator to get there. The lobby is pretty nice. The room is average, but the view is great. Raffles Square is outside the window, and you can also see the Grand Theater, Chaotianmen Wharf and other attractions. The services of all departments are very warm and thoughtful.

On the day of check-out, I enjoyed the hotel's luggage delivery service. I handed my luggage to the front desk staff, so I didn't have to drag the suitcase around, and I went out to play happily. 🥳 Originally, I scheduled to pick up my luggage at the airport at around 7pm, but because my travel plan changed, I needed to get it in advance. After communicating with the staff on the phone, the staff delivered the luggage to the airport one hour in advance. Thank you so much🙏🏻

The view is good. After paying extra to upgrade the room, you can directly see Raffles City. The surrounding popular scenic spots can basically be reached on foot. However, if it is evaluated by the standards of a star hotel, the hygiene is average, and many hygiene details in the room are not in place.

The location is good, the mall is directly connected to the subway, and there is also a food street. You can also simply take a look at the night view at night~ It's a pity that I didn't have much time to stay, so I didn't have time to go to the viewing platform, which is a little regrettable. It seems that Volkswagen is very convenient!

The only disadvantage of this hotel is that there is no disposable toilet pad. It happened that I didn't bring it, and they provided alcohol wipes. I think both alcohol wipes and toilet pads are necessary. Hygiene: The hygiene is really clean. I looked at many details and there was no dirt. Of course, I run a hotel myself, and I am very concerned about the hygiene of the hotel. Environment: The lobby of this hotel is on the 13th floor. I hate apartment-style hotels the most. Finally, I want to go to see the room first. When I arrived at the lobby on the 13th floor of the hotel, I was greeted by a hotel fragrance. Although I don’t like their smell very much, it feels very good. I have stayed in hotels of the same level before, and both the environment and the taste are very bad.
