The room is a bit old. Air conditioning is great. It is very convenient to go out downstairs to the supermarket restaurant station barbecue.

Due to the time of check-in, I communicated very well with the beautiful lady. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady enthusiastically guided the parking spot and arranged the two adjacent rooms intimately. She also specially told the precautions for bringing children, which was very thoughtful! The room is Nordic style, clean and tidy, hot water is fast and big, this is also a point that I value very much when I go out to stay! The bed is soft and hard, quiet and warm, and I sleep until the alarm clock rings. It is not an exaggeration to say that staying near Tongjing, Shiguang Xiaozhu is the most cost-effective, no one! Friends in the same group said that in the future, pick up light and small building will be the first choice 👍👍

I drove to the door and saw more than 2,000 parking spaces but couldn't get in. I was very puzzled and thought I had to contact the front desk to lift the barrier. I called the front desk and they said it was set up randomly, saying that there were more than 2,000 parking spaces outside (not that many in total), and that only cars staying in the villas could enter. The attitude was strong. After almost 10 minutes of arguing, the front desk called and said that they had asked the leader to let us in, but the security guard on duty at the time was still arrogant, saying why did we drive in the ordinary room we booked? I called the front desk again and asked her to tell the security guard who was like a living father that we could drive in. At this time, the experience was already very bad. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, a family of old and young checked in with overweight suitcases. The front desk asked me why I only booked one room? I showed her the mobile phone order, one big bed and one twin bed, and finally opened the room. Later I learned that this room was at the top of the mountain, with a slope of stairs about 5 or 6 floors high. There was no elevator and I had to walk. When I got to the room, I was dumbfounded that there were two twin beds! Don't stay in 3408. The bathroom stinks like a sewer. I asked later and it might be that the toilet's anti-stink device is broken. There are also good things: looking at the slope of stairs, we contacted the front desk to see if they could help move the suitcases. They immediately found two sisters to help us move the 30-40 kg boxes to the top floor. And the sisters in the room service were really very nice. They also helped us put the beds together. Both rooms are spacious and have balconies. Although the facilities are really old, they are cleaned fairly well. In addition to the bed in 3408, my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night because of itching. We thought it was mosquito bites. When we had breakfast in the morning, we found that it was a small red pimple. The children had a lot of fun in the hot spring. The children's pool had bubbles at fixed times, and the water slide was the favorite of the children. Adults also felt that it was comfortable to soak in it, except that the water in some pools was a bit muddy and there were really unidentified floating objects. It might be because there were more people yesterday.

Overall good, the facilities are a little worse, the room lacks a hair dryer.

The hotel room is spacious, clean ,airconworks well. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of variety and they taste good. Drink desk staff is friendly, they helped us book hotel at 4 am ,otherwise we have to hail one on the street. The only set back is the bath room light is dim. They give plenty of mineral water and soft drink for free, a good gesture , you didn't need to intercom them every time you need water. Will come back to this hotel again.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel with my wife and daughter. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from a subway station. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. Found the hotel to be clean throughout. Would certainly come again.

Hotel counter staff and concierge were friendly and quick to assist us with our queries. Kudos to concierge staff member 小唐 and 小覃 in particular for helping us purchase 1949 grand theatre tickets when we had trouble doing so, and also for providing us attraction recommendations which made our tripe experience more enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel for travellers as the amenities are generally clean and spacious, and the location is ideal.

A little difficulty in finding the entrance to this hotel as there is no signboard with the hotel name on the outside. No restaurants in the hotel but food is not a problem as there are many food stalls and restaurants along the streets downstairs. Transportation is convenient as subway station is a short walk away and there are taxis outside. Room is big and value for money.
