I hurriedly booked a one-night stay. It should be said that I am very lucky. The boss is very willing to respond to service needs. Some small problems are also properly solved. I am also very enthusiastic to help arrange the emergency charging of the tram. I like it! The location of the hotel is a little far from the town, but it is also very good. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers. The environment is quiet. It is blowing a small wind along the lake. It is just across the road through the tunnel. The homestay is quite eye-catching. A separate villa has its own small courtyard. The hillside next to it is planted with a slip of eucalyptus. A few steps walk to the lake is the water park, summer to play in the water is absolutely great. Breakfast has porridge and regular side dishes, clearing the stomach is just right. I look forward to the early completion of the new pavilion by the boss lake and put into use, the scenery there is more distinctive.

入住兩天還送了水果和晚安湯，驚喜滿滿。最感動的，是他們對待客户的重視。孩子因為一時興起，給酒店提出了很多建議，我們都沒當回事，沒想到酒店客服部重視了，不僅解決了孩子提出的問題，還寫了回信留言。
就這一點，都值得旅客信賴。
還有，店裡的魚頭湯真的好喝，我感覺比樓下的好喝，而且分量不是一般的足。

The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

Great hotel, great service from reception and great view from my room. My issue was with the terrible smell that hit me once I opened my villa. The toilet smells like a dirty public toilet. The hotel is a bit far from the central parts of Qiandaohu so not advisable if you are not interested in the activities offered by the hotel. I hope next time the receptionist will know more about activities that are available.

Llilywu001It is indeed a lake view room. You can see Qiandao Lake from the room. Although it is facing the street, it is not noisy when the windows are closed? The hotel has its own parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving. There are also many restaurants around. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant on the 8th floor has a terrace with a lake view.

GGuest UserI strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

GGuest UserWe LOVED our stay here; we were so happy with our choice in hotel 🙌 Jason, the owner, went above and beyond for us every moment he could. He was so quick to offer assistance, anticipating our every need, and of course any little thing we asked about he was happy to help with. Despite a language barrier, communication was great. Thank you so much for everything! And besides amazing service, the location is perfection and the rooms were comfortable, clean, well decorated, and most importantly look out onto a gorgeous little section of the lake! The hotel is located equidistant from Qiandaohu and Jiande railway station, nearby enough to the main town (as well as the beer ”town”), but separated enough to feel isolated, with its own little cove. The views are fantastic and kayaking, swimming, fishing, etc. is right at your doorstep. Food is good too 👌 Jason can also help you arrange transportation if you don't have your own. We really enjoyed our short stay here, and one of us even extended their stay because they couldn't bare to go back to the city so soon 😜 Definitely the perfect hideout for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend, especially for foreigners looking for a slightly more budget option on the lake 💯

It is worth it. The hotel facilities are very new and the staff's service attitude is also very good. In particular, Miss Bear is very professional in her business skills. Sitting on the balcony is very comfortable and you can directly see the view of Qiandao Lake. Fruit is delivered every day, the breakfast is diverse and tastes good. The hotel facilities are also very good. When I checked in, the manager also reminded me that vehicles were restricted the next day due to the Asian Games. I really didn't notice this when planning my trip, so I stayed another night. Although the price of the room had increased, it was still given at the special price when I purchased it. . We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.
