"This time I stayed in the family suite with a super large terrace on the 15th floor of Building 1 of Greentown Blue Bay Hotel. There are two beds in the room, a large double bed and a 1.5-meter bed. It is very good to stay with family or sisters. There is a large terrace outside the room, and the scenery is super good. You don’t have to go to Tianyu Mountain. Fang Aiping, the housekeeper in charge of our room, is also very enthusiastic and responsible. She can help solve any needs. I will stay here again next time."

"After our self-driving trip around Qiandao Lake, we checked into voco and had an amazing experience! This is a fantastic place for a vacation! We booked the Lake View Courtyard Duplex Suite for three and were very satisfied. Just imagine how pleasant it would be to sit in the small courtyard with a few friends, chatting and laughing when the weather is warm. The hotel has stunning views, and upon check-in, we received welcome drinks, small gifts, and fruit. A staff member escorted us to our room, and the front desk and other service personnel were all very friendly. There was a live singer in the lobby in the afternoon. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the dining environment was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased. Five-star recommendation, and we'll definitely come back if we get the chance!"

"The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely."

"Pros: The room was quite spacious with a view of the pool downstairs. Although there wasn't a balcony, I could see Qiandao Lake, and the hotel has a distinctive semi-circular shape. Rooms with balconies would be great for sunbathing, and there's a small garden on the first floor perfect for a stroll and photos. Cons: The room layout was decent, but there were no disposable slippers; I had to call to get them. The hairdryer's hot air setting was very weak, and it took a long time to dry my long hair. The toilet had an odor, possibly from the drain, which was unclear, and I hope it can be improved. Also, the shampoo and conditioner were a 2-in-1 product, so I recommend bringing your own travel-sized toiletries. There's a large bathtub for soaking, and you can ask the front desk for disposable tub liners. However, the hotel seems a bit older, as there were some tile fragments peeling off around the tub that fell into the water. Breakfast was okay, but it gets very crowded, so if you want to eat breakfast, you need to go early, otherwise, you might not find a seat."

"My elderly parents took advantage of the off-season to visit Qiandao Lake for a few days. They originally booked a quad suite in Building 5 for 499 [RMB]. On the day of check-in, the hotel called to say they upgraded them to a deluxe suite in Building 1! It had two bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms, and a super large walk-in closet. Thumbs up! The staff were all very friendly, helping with taxi requests and directions. My parents had a wonderful stay and said they definitely want to go back next time! 👍"

"The housekeeper Xiao Fang contacted us one day in advance and helped us upgrade to a super large room with a great view. The hotel's breakfast was also very good, the swimming pool was very suitable for children, and there were also many recreational facilities."

"The overall service, facilities, and dining meet the standards of a high-end hotel. A special shout-out to the hotel staff, especially 77Ziva, for their thoughtful and meticulous service throughout our stay, even providing us with a travel guide. The crispy duck and fish head soup at the Chinese restaurant were exceptionally delicious. The fish head soup, in particular, was served simply, with no extra ingredients like fish balls or tofu, just two slices of tomato as a garnish on top. Yet, its flavor was incredibly rich and had absolutely no fishy taste. The fish head itself was perfectly white, tender, and the texture and seasoning were just right. Truly delicious! It's definitely worth coming back for."

"A friend recommended this hotel, and it turns out honest people really don't lie to honest people! [chuckles] The check-in experience was genuinely fantastic. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, so it's very new, and the room was super clean. The breakfast on the 5th floor was amazing... plenty of variety and tasted pretty good. I also want to give a special shout-out to the concierge service. They contacted us in advance, and the room arrangements prioritized our needs. Concierge Nuan Yangyang (Warm Sheep) is also a very patient and meticulous person [thumbs up]! Plus, the hotel has a kids' play area, which is great. I'll definitely stay here again next time."
