再次回到千島湖Clubmed度假村，工作人員都非常的熱情，這次接待我們的是賓客關係員Rosy，在需要幫助的時候都有及時回覆。千島湖的空氣依舊清新，和家人一起住的也都還不錯。

酒店服務非常好，入住前就有專門服務人員加微信溝通，親子活動很豐富，適合家庭結伴出遊選擇。Erica服務很贊，miniclub的工作人員也都非常熱情。

還是不錯的，性價比挺高的

I went to this hotel for the second time, just because my kids like their party and the road of the brave. I bought the package during the Chinese New Year, but I had to pay 1,200 more when I came in May during the off-season... This is a bit of a rip-off. Because of this package, I missed the cheap group purchases during the off-season. Ctrip's group purchases don't have much advantage in this regard. The second point is the travel photo that was given to me. The photos turned out very bad, and they didn't let me retake them. They actually asked me to buy it at a discount? The effect of mobile phones is better. This is not how I get cheated... Overall, I am not very satisfied. I probably won't choose this place next time. I will also compare more before buying on Ctrip group purchases. I spent 1,000 a night during the off-season, which is not worth it...

服務熱情，給免費升到了最好的套房，一線江景靜聽松濤，絕美絕好的享受。感謝Erica，預訂之後就主動聯繫，全程服務，所有人對小朋友也很熱情。所有遊樂設施也都很新很不錯。另提兩個小意見：房間的兩個枕頭（高低兩個）總體都偏高，希望能有換枕頭的服務；還有套房的電視機遙控器不行，按半天沒反應。

I stayed with my kids during the May Day holiday. The hotel is in a great location, with nice surrounding scenery, clean and tidy rooms, and a lot of activities, such as parent-child marathon, bonfire party, etc.! The 3-day and 2-night trip to Qiandao Lake Clubmed ended with the children's reluctance to leave and the G.O.'s warm farewell. The care was for a total of 1.5 days. Since it was not a holiday, there were relatively few guests. There was only one child in the care for the whole time, and he received absolute VIP service☺️. The brothers and sisters in the mini club were patient and enthusiastic. There were many handicrafts, outdoor activities, and swimming activities. The child had a lot of fun. The main person who received us was Miss Rosy, who arranged everything very well. The milk brother from the mini club accompanied him outdoors, the long-haired brother accompanied him swimming, and the beautiful sisters whose names I couldn't remember accompanied him to do handicrafts🥰The child said he would come again later😋
