The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

The location of the hotel is good, the lake view outside the window is beautiful, guest supplies and sewing kits are very useful, and the quality of guest supplies is very good. There are many varieties of breakfast, the breakfast tastes really good, the quality of the breakfast is great, the breakfast content is rich, the breakfast is very clean and hygienic, the bedding is very clean, the breakfast products look good, there are many kinds of fruits for breakfast, the hot dishes for breakfast are delicious, breakfast There are many varieties of Ming stalls and the taste is good. .The poached eggs in the breakfast room are so delicious. I will stay at Atour in Qiandao Lake next time. The fried dumplings in the breakfast room are delicious.

I chose Minghao International Resort Hotel for this trip to Qiandao Lake with my children. It was a particularly wonderful experience! The hotel facilities are very new, the decoration is luxurious and high-end, and it is low-key and luxurious. Special thanks to housekeeper Xiao Ou for his caring and warm service throughout the entire process! The communication was very timely and the feedback was very fast. They thoughtfully arranged for us a high-floor deluxe lake-view twin room in advance. The view is great and the view is wide and beautiful. From the hotel balcony, you can see the unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake. It is refreshing and refreshing. The bathtub is very large, and Bvlgari's washing and care products are particularly high-quality. The butler Xiao Ou also thoughtfully provided breakfast and a minibar for the children. The breakfast was delicious and the minibar was also very rich! In the evening, you can enjoy the exquisite water screen movie show in the hotel, which will amaze the children. The hotel's own 3,000-square-meter children's playground is also a good place for children to check in and relax. It is very clean and well maintained. Every staff member you meet is very nice. Warm and friendly. We also experienced cycling around the lake and fed the koi in front of the hotel. Everything was very beautiful! The children all said they would stay at Minghao Resort Hotel next time they come.

The environment is good, you can see the lake and mountains. The bedding is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The customer service and restaurant waiters are always responsive and smiling. In particular, Miss Hu at the front desk took the initiative to add me on WeChat after the phone consultation to answer questions in a timely manner. During her stay, she rested at home and did not forget to contact her colleagues in advance to make appropriate arrangements. When I left the store today, my kids said they would come back next time, which coincided with me, haha.

The ginger tea prepared in advance for me was immediately full of warmth! The housekeeper and all the service staff I saw in the hotel were very enthusiastic. It was cold outside and they helped us find coats from the warehouse. We played cards in the room and gave us desserts. The photographer wore thin clothes and took pictures for us outside. It was so warm. The details, in short, will be what you want and what you want. Let’s talk about the environment: we have nine exclusive islands and the scenery is very good! We were upgraded to a lake view suite, facing the lake. Even if the weather is bad, we can see the view directly from the room. Because the view is so beautiful, we canceled our self-driving around the lake and went straight to the island for a long time to take photos and pick up the fish. Oranges and grapefruits make the whole family very happy and satisfied! Let’s talk about food and beverage: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The price was reasonable and the taste was delicious. The ingredients and taste were much better than those in restaurants outside! Breakfast is a set meal. You can add whatever you want. The chef is very considerate and gives us extra dishes so that we can taste the specialties. There is also a warm pot of red dates and longan tea. There is nothing to be picky about! Our next stop is Fuchun Shanju. After comparison, we found that Keren is definitely the most recommended hotel in our hearts!

Voco in 100 island lake is surrounded by impressive scenery. The rooms are very modern and cosy. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a corner room which had a huge bathtub in a fairly large bathroom overlooking the lake.I enjoyed it. And,most importantly, I was lucky to be looked after by the hotel manager on duty,Leona,who provided a quick room upgrade,arranged a complimentary dinner and coffee for me, escorted me to the shuttle bus and spoke fluent English. I will come back! 👌

I stayed 4 nights. Overall the place and the service were good. But I was disappointed by the fact that the outdoor swimming pool was EMPTY (= no water in it!) for the whole duration of my stay. One big reason I had originally chosen Narada was the outdoor swimming pool, which looked great from the hotel's... pictures; too bad it was very different when I got there. My idea of a relaxed mini-holiday is to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool; however, if there is no water in it, what is there to enjoy? :( Given the obvious discrepancy between what the Hotel claimed to offer (= pictures of a beautiful outdoor swimming pool) and the reality ( = empty swimming pool) I asked the Hotel to offer me a discount; they instead offer me apologies and wanted to give me a small gift I didn't need (and didn't take); however, they did not offer any discounts. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to give a low rate for my experience there because overall was a disappointment.

Checked in on February 23, 2024, bought a hotel package, affordable, stayed for 6 days, unfortunately these days are basically ☔️ rainy season... The receptionist is warm, the room is upgraded and clean. The restaurant is large and clean, the breakfast is a set meal, I forgot to take a photo... It is worth a thumbs up👍

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.
