The B&B was unexpectedly warm and cozy, and it was very suitable to leave the city and lie down in nature. The location of the B&B is very good, right by the lake, with rowing boats and a small camping site. The houses are all village houses converted into B&Bs, which are very beautiful. Although it rained during the days we stayed, the brothers and sisters of the B&B recommended places nearby where you can walk to see the lake. It was beautiful all the way there, and it was very comfortable to walk by the lake in the rain. After the walk, I returned to the B&B and ate the chopped pepper fish head and fish head soup they cooked by themselves, fresh fried spring bamboo shoots, and watched a movie on the projection screen at night. The service was very good and very tolerant. Our dog often got into trouble, and they were very friendly to the puppy.

The B&B is quite large and spacious. You can see from the details of the room that the owner has maintained it carefully. It is very clean. There are also scented tea and coffee machines prepared for guests in the lobby. We stayed for two days and the breakfasts prepared were different. We had two dinners at the B&B. The cooking skills were well received by my family. The fish head soup is a must-order and it tastes very good. The proprietress and the boss are very enthusiastic and the service is very good. I really felt at home. It was a very warm and satisfying trip.

Facilities: The room facilities are very new, with a shower room, smart toilet and bathtub. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a kitchen in the living room and a barbecue downstairs. The sanitation is very clean. The villa has a beautiful environment, facing the lake on three sides, and the air is fresh. There is also an activity room downstairs with table tennis, treadmills and massage chairs. The proprietress is also very warm and thoughtful.

The location was good if you are planning an early boat trip, as it is only a 2 minute walk away from the pier. But if you want to sleep in, you hear the boat horns as each one departs in the morning. Is is not walkable distance to the center, but a quick didi ride away only. My initial room that I booked (single room), despite being promoted as a non smoking room, smelled horrific when I entered. They immediately changed my room when I told them about it. The shower had mould stains, but I am assuming they might have been older stains as even my highly allergic nose did not have any trouble. I did not try the breakfast as I was looking for something with protein, but breakfast was included. I believe I saw boiled corn, steamed sweet potatoes and a type of bao bun. Not fully sure. When I had trouble renting ebikes without local ID, the staff were very helpful and spent 30 minutes handling it all for us. Was given slippers on arrival, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The room had showergel and shampoo, but no handsoap. There was a bottle of slimey something in the bathroom, maybe that was handsoap, did not want to risk it. But overall, was a nice stay.

The hotel is right next to the central lake pier, with a parking lot. When I arrived late, the customer service took the initiative to call me to ask for the license plate number to reserve a parking space. The room is very large, and there is an independent small garden outside the door. The front desk staff, Xiao Wu and Xiao Fang, are very considerate and enthusiastic. The breakfast is prepared for each person, which is quite good.

The ventilation in the room is relatively poor. You need to ventilate it for a while after entering, otherwise there will be a strange smell. When choosing a room type, be sure to choose a garden view room. The mountain view room is next to the road and it is too noisy. It’s quite convenient to call a taxi, and there’s a firefly park nearby that’s worth a visit.

I really like the atmosphere of this home. I felt warm and friendly as soon as I entered the courtyard. Various functional areas are complete, and the transition between each area is natural. The leisure tea seats, breakfast tables, and sun room dining rooms in the yard are decorated with appropriate aesthetics and comfort close to life. The fish pond is both ornamental and practical, and the fish head soup is made from freshly caught fish.
