This is a stunning guesthouse, nestled amidst the breathtaking scenery of Qiandao Lake. And it truly is a picturesque lakeside retreat! I discovered that due to an extended bay, when the wind blows, two sections of water merge, creating two shimmering reflections on the surface, a serene and beautiful scene. The courtyard is spacious and well-designed; the owners clearly put a lot of thought into it, perhaps not just to attract tourists, but also to please themselves, as everything is incredibly comfortable. I spent two nights relaxing on a poolside lounge chair, gazing at the stars, enjoying the cool evening breeze – pure bliss. Dinner tasted like home cooking, with carefully selected ingredients and methods. The nearby rafting is fantastic; the owner's wife gave me an unbeatable tip – the water ladle is definitely the best weapon! 😂 I'm already looking forward to bringing my family back!

The room is very good, beyond expectations, the room is large and clean, the supporting facilities are perfect, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the scenery is good, except for some bias, the others are perfect, suitable for friends who want to see the mountains and water, the best hotel I have ever stayed in this year

The hotel is in a good location, close to everything, and there are many restaurants nearby. There are tourist products in the hotel lobby, and you can directly book a cruise to the island. It is very convenient to pick up the car at the hotel entrance. The hotel has complete facilities, a gym, a swimming pool, and a good breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel this November for two days. The staff are very nice and helpful. They helped us search attractions and car rides. It is at a relatively convenient location between downtown and central lake tourist center, about 1-1.5 km each direction. We walked along the lake view boardwalk to enjoy great lake view both ways. The hotel has very good breakfast for a small fee with both Chinese and western styles. We definitely like it and recommend it. The only drawback is lacking maps or guidance materials so we have to study ourselves for our self-guided tours. It will be the best if tour maps and some tourist info are posted in the lobby. Overall it is a great place to stay and enjoy.

Good location and fairly priced hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were few issues in the room. But overall pleasant experience.

The hotel was alright, we drove here. The location was quite convenient, there's a popular tourist town nearby, overall I was quite satisfied, especially suitable for camping season.

It’s a chilly season, but the welcome was so warm! Really enjoyed the excellent, attentive service。 Plentiful hot water, quiet rooms, we got an upgrade ☺️ and the breakfast options are varied and suit most tastes. Do remember to bring a warm layer to breakfast as they often open the patio doors and it gets drafty, and organize your translation, food delivery, and DiDi apps and eSIM - wifi is unstable and the ******* applet on Alipay was unusable. Thankfully the location is great, walkable to the InTime mall and many local food spots and fruit shops. And the views are wonderful - weekend evenings have the downtown buildings light up in displays that beautifully reflect on the lake. The foreigner husband gives it a 4/5, and recommends the hotel to add a fresh-cooked egg/omelet station and to make sure hot food stays hot (the warming pans were usually not on).

I booked this for my family, and they absolutely loved it! The family room was comfortably spacious for three people. The cleanliness was also excellent. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and I highly recommend trying the local fish head soup!

The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional; even with my germaphobia, I couldn't find a single fault. The sheets and duvet covers were incredibly clean and soft to the touch, making for a very comfortable experience. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were also spotless, looking as good as new. Staying here felt like sleeping on clouds, truly delightful.

Originally, I had booked a basic lake-view room for the client, so imagine our surprise when, during check-in, the staff informed us they could provide a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe lake-view king room! This unexpected pleasant surprise instantly brought immense joy! The upgraded room was more spacious, with a well-designed layout that showcased thoughtfulness everywhere. Opening the window revealed an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, with its clear blue water and scattered islands. Every photo taken was a therapeutic masterpiece. All sorts of toiletries were readily available, and every detail reflected the sophistication of a five-star hotel. What's more, the room's cleanliness was noteworthy – from the floor and desktop to the bedding and bathroom, everything was spotless, even the nooks and crannies were sparkling clean, ensuring the client had a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Beyond the impressive room, the hotel's amenities also earned high praise from the client. In the morning, they enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the Milan Western Restaurant, which offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly baked bread, local Chun'an specialties, fresh fruits, hot porridge, and pastries were all available, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste – a perfect way to start the day. During their leisure time, the client experienced the hotel's wellness hot spring pools. The 7 unique hot spring pools nestled among the pine trees each offered different benefits. Soaking in the warm spring water while gazing at the scenic beauty of Qiandao Lake was utterly relaxing for both body and mind. The hotel also boasts a gym, outdoor pool, and cycling trails. For families, the children's playground, pottery studio, and 3D children's cinema are sure to keep the little ones entertained, satisfying the needs of various guests in one go. The service throughout our stay made us truly feel the hotel's dedication. Whether it was the patient answers from the front desk staff, the meticulous attention of the housekeeping team, or the thoughtful guidance from the restaurant and hot spring area attendants, every staff member maintained a professional and enthusiastic attitude. They responded promptly when needed and proactively offered all sorts of thoughtful assistance.
