"This is my second time visiting Qiandao Lake, and I chose this hotel again because I really like it. The scenery is fantastic, and the front desk service is excellent. This time, they even upgraded me for free to a room with a balcony, which was amazing! It's very close to the lake, super nice! There were also welcome fruits. ☺️ A small incident: After checking out, I received a call from the hotel on my way, reminding me that I had left some things in the room: a headband and slippers. This was super thoughtful! Although I asked them to throw them away in the end 😅😂, the front desk service is truly outstanding!! All in all, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time 🏨"

"This was my first time visiting Qiandao Lake, and I spent a while choosing a hotel before finally settling on Blue Bay, mainly because of its excellent location. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering a very comfortable feel. We were given a room on the 20th floor, which had an expansive view of the beautiful Qiandao Lake in the distance. A special thanks to the auntie who cleaned our room the next day – she was incredibly diligent. Breakfast was also very diverse, and my child thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time, I'd like to try a room in Building 2; I'm sure it will be even more beautiful."

"It was 32 degrees Celsius, and as soon as I entered the room, the AC was blasting, and a faint, pleasant scent instantly made me feel at ease. The room size was perfect for one person. The balcony offered an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, which was fantastic. The room also had a screen door and a sofa. If it was too hot on the balcony, I could just sit on the sofa and enjoy the lake view – very thoughtful design! The body lotion smelled lovely. The only minor issue was that the duvet felt a bit damp, but that's common for rooms by the lake in this kind of weather. Still, it was clean; my skin is very sensitive, and unclean bedding usually makes me itchy, but I had no issues here. Breakfast was extensive, and eating while looking at the lake was wonderful. I'd definitely come back given the chance! The service was also excellent."

Its location is unparalleled, super convenient for getting around, with a commercial district right downstairs – one-stop shopping for dining, entertainment, and fun. The most amazing part is that 90% of the rooms directly face Qiandao Lake. Our lake view room had an enormous private balcony with unobstructed views. Opening the window in the morning revealed the lake shrouded in mist, with clear waters and distant mountains creating a serene ink wash painting. In the evening, waiting for the sunset, the golden light painted the lake like an 'orange sea.' Every photo taken was wallpaper-worthy. No need to go out looking for sights; simply lounging and enjoying the lake view is the ultimate luxury! ✨【Facilities: High-end, Well-maintained, Attention to Detail】 As a long-standing five-star hotel, the facilities are impeccably maintained, exuding luxury while maintaining a relaxed resort feel. • Guest Rooms: The rooms are spacious and bright, with an elegant layout. Equipped with Sheraton's signature Sweet Sleeper Bed, the mattress offers just the right balance of softness and firmness for an excellent night's sleep. They were truly an 'angelic butler' – professional yet genuinely caring, making our entire experience exceptional: 1. Proactive Contact Before Check-in: Xiao Fang added us on WeChat in advance, meticulously asked about our arrival time, travel needs, and preferences. They arranged our room ahead of time and thoughtfully reminded us about Qiandao Lake's weather and sightseeing tips – impeccable attention to detail. 2. Attentive Throughout Our Stay: Check-in was efficient and quick. They also secretly upgraded us to a lake view room for free, which was a delightful surprise! They were always available, helping us plan our itinerary, book boat tours and dining reservations, and even fulfilling small requests we mentioned casually. Every evening, they prepared a weather forecast card and a small bedtime snack during turn-down service, which was incredibly thoughtful and comforting. 3. Thoughtful and Heartwarming: Throughout, Xiao Fang was enthusiastic and patient, with a gentle demeanor. Not only were they efficient in solving problems, but they also consistently brought small surprises. They were as reliable and caring as an old friend, making the entire vacation worry-free and enjoyable."

"As expected from a well-established Qiandao Lake hotel, the service is top-notch. They pretty much fulfill every request. The customer service, especially Lisa, was incredibly friendly and offered an amazing personalized concierge experience. The lake view is absolutely stunning, with a spacious balcony offering an unobstructed panorama. It's like a traditional ink wash painting (highly recommend seeing it on both sunny and rainy days, each has its own charm). I wouldn't really recommend the 2nd-floor Chinese restaurant, unless you're with a large group and have no other options. It's much better to walk a short distance to the neighboring town and try the local restaurants. Even though it's Hangzhou, the local Qiandao Lake cuisine is surprisingly spicy, so be mindful when ordering! ⚠️"

"From April 17th to 19th, the front desk staff on duty were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. When we checked in, a bellhop helped us with our luggage, and a lovely front desk attendant escorted us to our room. The room even had a small balcony. The hotel environment is beautiful, with lush green vegetation everywhere. The hotel's rooftop overlooks the lake, and the restaurant's dishes were delicious and perfectly suited our taste; we enjoyed a view of the distant lake while dining. The service was excellent. The boat dock is very close, just about a 15-minute walk. We also received afternoon tea vouchers and a late check-out offer. This trip to Thousand Island Lake was made especially enjoyable by the excellent service at this hotel."

"Family rooms with balconies offer a better view, providing a glimpse of the lake. My family room, however, was interior-facing and only offered a mountain view. The hotel has a children's play area, with an outdoor slide that can get quite sunny. There's also a small pool right by the entrance. Fish Street is just a short walk away, which was very convenient for dining. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and an additional breakfast only cost 30. On the downside, room cleanliness was just average. The dust on the black partitions seemed ingrained and couldn't be wiped off, and even the wall sconces were dusty. Otherwise, everything else was fine."

"We upgraded from a twin room on the second floor to a lake view room on the third floor. We were very satisfied, and there were no disappointments. In a place like Qiandao Lake, where hotel plumbing is often outdated, the front desk's service is crucial. Problems the front desk solved for me: Room was damp (speaking of someone from northern China): I dried and air-dried the quilt. Unexpected overtime: Check-out was delayed until 2:00 PM, and there was no rush. The front desk ladies on the night of the 18th and 19th were very helpful and reassuring."

"The luckiest part of this stay was meeting our housekeeper, Mia. From her detailed communication before check-in to her warm farewell at departure, she was always incredibly diligent. Every day we returned to our room, there was a handwritten note and warm water prepared – truly thoughtful touches. Mia's genuine and professional service made our vacation exceptionally comfortable. We highly commend such an outstanding housekeeper! Honestly, while the hotel's lake view was beautiful, what truly made it hard to leave was Mia's family-like attentiveness. It's thanks to such a dedicated housekeeper that Hilton's quality truly shines through. For couples traveling, we highly recommend asking for Mia!"

"For its price point, this hotel is unbeatable in Qiandao Lake. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Parking is also convenient. On the day of our stay, there was a large group, but the restaurant was very prompt in refilling food during breakfast, so we were all well-fed. The only drawback is that Qiandao Lake is quite large. If your activities aren't around Qingxi or Beer Town, it's about a dozen kilometers to the central lake area. Plus, with more traffic on holidays, travel time can be quite long."
