一家人來千島湖遊玩，以前住其他民宿，今年過來網上看到圖片選了這家，一點沒選錯，入住體驗很不錯，服務熱情，湖景漂亮，環境安靜，房間也乾淨，明年來還來這裏住

整體很滿意。早早的就有小姐姐致電問什麼時候到，需不需要訂餐等等。雖然距離淳安縣城有20多公里，我們一路自駕心情非常好😊
到了酒店，後面有個車位可以給車充電，酒店外面相較普通，走進裏面很温馨很有感覺哦～
房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，風景也好，非常適合三口之家。早餐套餐形式，很豐盛。就是周邊買東西不太方便，提前帶足吃食即可，需要用餐可以提前預訂。最重要的是上海沒法放煙花，這次實現了娃的願望😁
服務也值得肯定，早餐的時候沒喝到咖啡，回房沒多久，主動打電話過來問是否需要，滿足了咖啡癮。下次遊千島湖會再來！

管家小羅的服務很不錯 房間很乾凈 設施也不錯 但周邊風景一般 想看湖的不建議住這裏 可能湖心那家仁裏更好吧 晚上6:30以後周邊基本都關門了 沒啥吃的玩的 開到鎮中心要幾十公里才有的吃喝玩樂。其它都很不錯

奔着臨湖美圖去的，抵達後略有失望。好在被室內設計設施和服務打動。整體比較適合放空，賞湖景衹能作為次選。早餐不錯，服務不錯，彌補了路途遙遠的不足。

服務：這次訂了兩個房間，也有馬上來詢問住的人數，還提前給安排了有兩個床位的房間。服務態度很好，一直有問是否需要幫助，點名表揚管家小羅和小王，還會在來之前提前打開空調。晚上會送晚安甜羹，下午茶也給我們很快的準備了
設施：酒店整體設施還是很不錯的，遊樂設施有很多。房間裏使用的設備都是比較高端的，也很乾凈，這一點很好，看到有小朋友，也會送來小朋友需要的洗漱用品
衞生：很不錯
環境：雖然酒店在山裡麪，自駕遊會更加適合，但是遠離市中心就會很安靜，非常適合我們就想要靜養來的目的。周圍的空氣也很清新，景色也很不錯，歲月靜好的感覺。
飲食：訂的晚餐也很好吃，大家都吃的很飽。下午茶也很不錯，東西也很豐富。早餐選擇也很多。
綜上所述，想要靜養，單純欣賞環境的，自駕遊的朋友們還是可以選擇這家酒店，很不錯！
