GGuest UserGood day! This is my second time at this hotel. Both times we had a late check-in. There were no problems at the reception, they checked us in quickly. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need (soap accessories, a bathrobe, slippers, an iron, free water in the room). Breakfasts are on the 8th floor, which offers a beautiful view. For breakfast, the chef prepares an omelet, fried eggs, scrambled eggs. Very tasty and fresh pastries, freshly squeezed juices, fruits, coffee.

JJanicsonIf the hotel's bathroom does not have an exhaust system, it will have a peculiar smell, which is very annoying, but there are no other problems. The breakfast is quite rich and the staff are friendly and polite.

SSIU LING ANITAThe location is excellent, close to Dhaka Airport and can be reached in 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are OK, but they pale in comparison to other Le Meridien hotels in other areas. The buffet on the 15th floor is also delicious. The only drawback is that the rent is very expensive compared to Bangladesh, a backward country.

GGuest UserThe hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful.
The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).
Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.
I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind.
As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top.
All the potential is there, you will achieve!

The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every meal was a highlight—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, and the entire property had a refreshing, modern feel.
Amari Dhaka truly knows how to deliver comfort, class, and culinary bliss. Can't wait to return!

GGuest UserBeing a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is good. However, the hotel management is rather disorganized. We booked six rooms on Ctrip and paid, but they told us they only received deposits for five. They asked us how much we should pay per room for all 12 of us. After arguing and showing us our original mobile booking receipt, they added that we had four double rooms and would be charged an additional 500 RMB per day. For a three-day stay, they charged us over 3,000 RMB. When we checked out today, they said one of our guests had two cans of beer 🍻 and charged us 2,300 RMB in local currency (130 RMB). We didn't actually use any of the hotel's drinks. This hotel is utterly shady. Ctrip should question their behavior on our behalf and get us back the unpaid room fees!
