All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!"

"Excellent Transit Hotel Given the city's terrible traffic, I decided not to venture out and instead stayed at this hotel during my 12-hour transit. It was a great experience using this hotel as a stopover before my domestic flight. The gym was unavailable due to renovation work and appeared quite small, but the rooftop bar was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was good experience. Nice and clean room. Very quiet despite noise outside. Hot water, good Internet connection and friendly reception. All I want to change is more European options for breakfast. For example, omelet would be good. Currently, it’s more like lunch menu with all soups, noodles, rice, etc. French toast, boiled eggs and many items is good alternative, but could be better. Anyway 5 stars experience"

"I checked in at 1:30 AM. It's about a 15-minute walk from the airport, but the route is a bit dark, so solo female travelers should be cautious. Perhaps because it was so late, there was an iron gate set up along the road in front of the hotel. Luckily, an older man, who seemed to be a security guard, opened it for me. The hotel itself was faultless, and I had a comfortable stay. I'd advise being aware of the above if checking in late."

"The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the grass growing outside my first-floor window added to the noise! I booked through Ctrip, but they didn't offer the free airport shuttle service! I told them I wouldn't accept the $30 fare, even though it's only 2 kilometers to the airport, and they just hung up on me!"

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again."

"Other guests' rooms were nice as well. Spacious room size. The breakfast buffet was good, and the fruit delivered to the room at night was excellent. I like the modern style."

"The price-quality ratio is superb! However, if you order a taxi at the reception, be prepared for a lively Bengali family to join you for your 1000 Taka ride (a 2-minute drive to the airport). And they'll drop you off at the domestic terminal instead of the international one. Because that's convenient for the Bengali family, but not for you. Use ride-hailing apps yourself, you know which ones, I won't advertise."
