"Exelent service well behaved and mannered staff . Liked the breakfast wonderful choice . Highly recommended even though it’s bit expensive side .for this if they provide better quality large bottle water not the tiny ones they do now and some light snack or fruit. . "A great Hotel in all aspects except one. I had a nice quiet room, stable wifi. Friendly restaurant staff, room service and security. great restaurant and good buffet breakfast. Always welcomed with smiling and friendly people. Room service cleaned every day. A credit to the hotel. I would like to give 10 stars. However the reception staff really let the hotel down. Impolite, rude and unfriendly. i was going to extend my stay but due to the nature of reception staff i moved to another hotel. such a shame as this is a great place to stay if the manager can address their attitude. it left a negative perception of an otherwise great stay."

Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again."

"The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay."
