Amazing
SSasarkit M RahmanExcellent !
Chinese Hostel Management are fantastic, Specially manager Mr. Shahin is very good person. Is very near to Airport & heart of Uttara, security system are very good. In Dhaka everywhere is Mosquito’s problem, but Chinese Hostel prevents it with Mosquito net. *Some of point they have to improve no. 1/ payment system 2/ complimentary breakfast quality and serving system. I wish I will book again & recommend international travelers.
Yyew feiGreat service. Overall satisfied with hotel. 2 issues I don't think the hotel can do much
1. Due to location traffic is terrible
2. Also due to location, cafe at check in is full of mosquitoes. Can u imagine 2 waiters job is full time swatting mosquitoes..
YYuxiaoshuaidanrenzijiaquanguoyouStaying at this hotel in Dhaka for my business trip was an absolute steal! Its location in the Gulshan business district is perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the office, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and got me checked in quickly. My room was clean and spacious, the AC worked great, and the WiFi was lightning fast, which was perfect for late-night work. Breakfast offered both Bangladeshi specialties and Western options; I especially loved their freshly made paratha and beef kebabs. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next business trip to Dhaka. Highly recommend for business travelers!
JJoGodIt is located in Gulsan 1, so it is close to the airport and good for business meetings. I'm sometimes offended by the unmannered Chinese, but Holtel is satisfied.
굴산1에 위치를 하고 있어서 공항과 가깝고, 비즈니스 미팅을 하기에 좋다. 매너 없는 중국인들 때문에 가끔 기분이 상하지만 홀텔은 만족스럽다.
GGuest UserRoom is very clean with welcoming fruits. It’s the best choice for business trips if needs out of Dhaka city. The only problem is the Wi-Fi which is not stable.
GGuest UserThis place is nice, staffs can speak English very well. I asked them for calling taxi to pick me up from the airport, and they do have this service (charging rate, but it's fine)
The hotel is located in the old Dhaka, which is very convenient for roaming around.
GGuest UserReception was helpful in finding exactly the type of room I wanted. Good mattress and I slept well for the 4 nights I was there. The staff in general are professional and very willing to help and provide advice. Very safe, quiet area with a good Food Court nearby for quick meals and fun to walk the streets at night soaking up the vibe. The restaurant at the Bengal Blueberry is good but variety is limited. Gym is OK, nice coffee shop with Metu who is very helpful. Great to have UniMart supermarket next door. Easy to get rickshaws from the hotel as well as taxis. I'd stay there again.
AAnonymous UserHotel Shuktara provided excellent service, with clean, safe - newly painted small basic rooms but with everything you may need. Cost effective option situated in Dhaka, behavior of the staff was excellent and Shahin was very kind. Hotel staff was available if you have any questions or concerns. They were always helpful, provided small currency exchange, daily room service, held luggage after check out and can coordinate CNG or rickshaws. There is 24/7 front desk and security outside the building. Buffet breakfast was plentiful of options which varied a bit every day. Free water refills at restaurant during breakfast, water bottles provided by daily housekeeping, tea kettle and mini fridge in room, WiFi worked great. Location was good to explore some of Dhaka during the day, however it’s unadvisable to be out in the area late. There’s two restaurants in the building, Starlight provided great attentive service and was a very hygienic restaurant. I can recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable budget accommodation in Dhaka.
GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
