Originally wanted to experience the most advanced hotel in the town, the result was won, the moldy quilt was spread like this, I called the hotel front desk for two long time and didn't change it. I waited for me. In the end, I couldn't open the door and grabbed a cleaning aunt who just passed the floor. I changed it. Besides, the air conditioner in the room was not very cool at 16 degrees. I wanted to bear it. I washed my hair and I was sweating in the room. I called the engineer again. I saw that there was no way to change the room. The hotel was OK. I gave it to change the room, otherwise you said that this situation is twice a day. I guess I thought I was coming to find it. But as a hometown tenant, I still want to say that without comments, I will not make progress, I still hope that the hotel can do more perfect, and the service needs to be improved.

The rooms are nice, clean, with plenty of hot water and elevators. The location is also easy to find, there are parking spaces and parking is convenient, breakfast is extra 10 yuan/person, no problem with eating. Specially came here to drink chicken soup, and stayed for one night by the way. The price is reasonable.

The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

The room was great as was the view. The facilities that were open were clean and lovely. The pool was great and most of the staff were friendly. The boat trip from the hotel was nice, great boat, very comfortable (no toilet though so be prepared).FRONT DESK STAFF gavin SERVICE IS GREAT AND NICE.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

Traveling in the off-season is a great value for money. The hotel rooms are well maintained and spacious enough. Although it's a bit out of the way, it's no problem to travel by car. It only takes 15 or 20 minutes to get to the central area. The housekeeper Sun was very enthusiastic. He cared about us until we arrived on the way, and even helped us carry our luggage. He was so considerate and made us feel good during our trip to Qiandao Lake.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the most stunning views of Qiandaohu. We paid for an executive room and it was really worth the extra money as you get access to the lounge on the 17th floor, including drinks, snacks and an evening buffet. The food in the buffet was lovely, especially the desserts and the views from the 17th floor are amazing. Service was excellent and most staff spoke very good English. We used the pool, sauna and hot bath/tub which were all nice too. We will definitely go back!

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.
