超出預期的酒店，服務很好，還幫忙帶娃了。酒店裡面有老闆自己茶莊做的茶葉，還有收藏了全世界各地的酒，各種藏品，很新奇，體驗感很棒。
我覺得是我住了那麼多酒店以來排的上前三的。比連鎖五星級酒店更有人情味，個性化。比民宿呢又更加專業，服務更加好。很滿意下次還來。

入住體驗不怎麼樣
酒店很新，入住人不多，所以離我們房間近的電梯都沒開，每次要走很遠，而且電梯裏裝修的味道很大。
買了攜程套餐包含自然島門票，但是我們進去自然島全程沒有一個工作人員，那這個門票的意義是什麼？而且在島上指引不清晰，很多地方沒有建設好，也沒工作人員，完全不知道幹嘛。
早餐説是點餐的套餐，但是菜品真是不多，小朋友想吃西式麪包之類的肯定是沒有的，吃了個蘋果裏面還是壞的
有管家加微信，看上去很貼心，問洗衣房有沒有烘乾機，衹答一個有的。以前體驗過的酒店管家至少還會告知洗衣房地點以及使用時間
晚上睡覺，空調有類似滴水聲，房間的垃圾桶也不夠大，拆掉浴巾包裝袋差不多就快滿了
環境是好的，但是細節不盡如人意吧

整體環境很僻靜 適合逃離世俗避世幾日 希望酒店餐食可以豐富一些，服務很好。走的時候酒店自己種的蔬菜，很喜歡。洗浴用品也很用心，全套愛馬仕。

酒店環境很舒適，服務貼心，剛好季節島上還可以摘櫻桃、桑果，蔬菜。拍照的小姑娘非常好，很貼心的給長輩拍了合影，長輩很開心。

酒店環境幽靜，有私屬的 9 個島嶼，無論是坐在陽台的藤椅上還是漫步小島，都能將都市生活的疲憊洗刷乾淨。
酒店服務很周到貼心，管家可以預約活動項目，我們坐遊艇領略了千島湖的美。隨處可見為遊客發礦泉水的漂亮小姐姐🧍♀️
我們還參觀了酒店老闆的私人收藏，茶室的月光白口感不錯，帶了兩桶給家人、朋友品嚐。
總之，體驗很棒，下次還會再來👋

五一期間，來千島湖的人不算多，酒店很清靜，可以去私人島上探險，圖書館的藏書也豐富。附近的可玩的地方很多，啤酒小鎮生啤非常好喝，天再熱一點還可以玩水上項目。
酒店房間住了套房，設施很齊全，我因為腰疼酒店為我提供了床墊加硬板服務，十分感謝，不然衹能睡地板了。
酒店餐廳的食物很美味，魚頭湯很鮮，特別喜歡這裏的蔬菜，都是酒店自己種的，非常新鮮好吃。

酒店環境特別好，環境幽靜，即使是五一假期也感覺不到人多。建築設計的特別漂亮，服務也處處用心，管家們都特別友好。幾個自然島太好玩了，體驗農耕生活，小朋友玩的不想走，下次還想來。
