十年後再次帶父母來千島湖，依然選擇了洲際度假酒店。總體來説洲際還是千島湖五星酒店的不二選擇，環境優美，設施齊全，早餐品種豐富，不論是前台還是餐廳及客房的服務人員，禮貌熱情，尤其是配備的管家服務，實實在在，絕不敷衍了事。管家趙嶔鋆從我們的行程開始每一天都有微信溝通，例如幫忙預訂遊船票，帶長者去植物園參觀，真的是貼心又熱情。另外酒店的旅拍也不錯，攝影師專業，配合酒店內打卡景點，出片很棒！一家人玩的都很開心。

房間很大，維護的還算不錯，很乾凈，設施也算比較新，行政房有衣物護理機，很好用。
服務人員真的很熱情，帶寶寶很方便，有問必答，有需求也立馬給解決，特別是一個叫劉霞的阿姨，服務很好，印象深刻。
酒店的旅拍也很不錯，打卡了幾個網紅點，記錄了全家出行。
