酒店環境優美，靜謐和諧。酒店服務非常好，前台有求必應。一日三餐在酒店解決，非常方便，尤其適合懶人度假。酒店設施非常全，一價包全部，性價比很高。

六一節帶父母和兩娃一起來玩，體驗非常好。進門有行李接送車把我們帶到酒店前台，入住時被告知父母的房間作了升級，真是非常感謝!因為大寶即將過10歲生日，提前預訂了一個小蛋糕，驚喜的是其實也挺大的，而且裝飾也很用心，餐具蠟燭帽子一應俱全。全是自助餐形式，菜品很豐富，品種甚至比專門吃自助餐的店還要多。冰淇淋味道不錯，我覺得至少也是光明的品牌。卡丁車開得很爽，小孩子特別盡興。KTV的包房很大，音響效果也很不錯。整體而言，酒店的服務很到位，房間裏還有小冰箱，現有的飲料免費。有任何問題可以撥9到服務枱，會立即響應。提一點建議:房間2大2小，那麼洗澡拖鞋應該備4雙。還有，作為親子酒店，希望配一點小童洗護用品。最重要的，沒有洗手液這點很不方便。哪怕是小香皂，也是要主動索取才有，但現在其實都用洗手液了。
