The hotel service is very good, and the lake view in the room is also very good! The first time I came to Qiandao Lake, the experience was really excellent. There was a butler (specially named the butler Xiao Hu who was very considerate and responsible) and a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at any place in the hotel at any time. The hotel breakfast was very rich and tasted OK. I recommend Dandan noodles! The environment around the room is also beautiful, but the outdoor swimming pool is not open at this time. Maybe the weather is not hot enough. It rained one day in the two days I came. It was a bit regrettable that I couldn’t experience the slide in the outdoor swimming pool. I only had time to visit the scenery facilities in the hotel on the last day. Every service staff I met on the way was very enthusiastic. I would like to make a small suggestion that the water temperature of the swimming pool is colder than the water I have experienced in other indoor swimming pools. Adults are a little cold, and children dare not let them go into the water at all 😂, including the small pool for children. The staff said that the water in the small pool is hotter. I tried it in the water and it was still a little cold. If the water temperature can be slightly higher or the room can be kept warmer, it will be more friendly to children~ But these are minor problems, and it is acceptable for adults to swim. Other aspects are very good. If there is a chance, I would like to stay in this hotel and experience other rooms~

別墅風景非常好，酒店門口環湖騎自行車很愜意，躺在陽台上好舒服，感謝管家餘多多的招待，耐心細緻，和家裡一樣，遛娃省心省力。酒店自然風光非常好。

兩室一廳房間挺小 不如一室一廳的寬敞 下次還是住5區 管家小陳服務很好 有問題隨時聯繫 早餐一直很一般 再次提個建議別墅區能不能分開用餐

別墅配套設施齊全，且寵物友好，周邊環境優美，空氣清新，私人管家小陳熱情周到，並提前備好嬰兒床，自助早餐種類豐富、滿足各種味蕾需求，整體超出預期的好，下次還會帶寶寶來～

很滿意的入住體驗，酒店有私家管家小陳提前加微信，另外大堂很大，環境很好，衞生乾淨，還幫忙升級很棒，辦理入住很快，設施設備齊全，床很舒服，管家特意送了份下午茶給我送房間 還幫忙延遲退房 另外還有禮賓部吳黎明幫忙拉行李服務很好
