度假旅行來了千島湖，房間佈局，酒店活動，服務真的還是很棒，特別是服務，人流量不多，服務意識很強，從check in的介紹和準備，到車的安排，餐廳服務，管家和打掃員工，都周到熱情，看的出是認真培訓的，還搭配了歡迎套餐和旅拍，送了特產伴手禮，但是瑕疵也很明顯，所在千島湖的景目前真的太一般了，酒店公區和房間設施在這個價位裏也偏差，離高鐵站都一個小時，風景應該很美，最不舒服的是酒店餐廳估計因為客流量，感覺大部分都是預製菜或提前做的的，早餐比中檔商務酒店可能都不如，千島湖可能很久沒開新酒店了，如果來還是可以體驗一下

服務環境沒得挑，適合放空自己

It uses blue tiles, white walls, lake view and bamboo forest to form an independent and convenient small world on the shore of Qiandao Lake. The hotel is a landscape in itself. You can soak in it for a whole day, enjoy the southwest lake view of Qiandao, and go out to Qinchuan Ancient Village, etc. The overall scenery is excellent, and there are scenery everywhere. The breakfast variety is very rich, the bedding is delicate and comfortable, and the cocktail party in the afternoon can see the most beautiful sunset of Qiandao Lake. The spa experience last night was amazing. The entire spa depar**ent was set up on an island alone, which was very magnificent. After getting on the yacht, we went directly to the spa pier. The torches along the way added a full sense of ritual. Along the Amman-style path to the construction area, we also need to cross a wooden suspension bridge covered with vines to reach the trea**ent room with a 180-degree view. The sense of ritual is full, and the therapists are as skilled as those in Southeast Asia and well-trained. The service staff of the entire hotel are smiling, and the captain on the cruise ship is also very talkative. He also helped us salvage champagne from the lake, which was a surprise. It can be seen that the hotel has done a good job in service etiquette training and details management. Manager Daniel and the team are also responsive and pleasant. It is worth coming back for vacation again.

The hotel has a nice environment. Each room is relatively private. The environment for afternoon tea is especially good, with a panoramic view of the majestic Qiandao Lake. It would be even better if it could open in the morning. The butler's service is also very enthusiastic and pleasant, especially the butler named Daniel.
