入住前會有管家加微信發一些活動、餐飲價格表，這點蠻好的，建議可以直接發pdf格式，比拍一張打印紙看起來專業點，免費升級了房間，但是房間看出去景觀還是差點意思…不知道水位怎麼那麼低，不像是湖，像個灘塗。酒店比較偏，從千島湖中心景觀區過去還挺久的，不是自駕的話會不太方便，也是因為偏遠，服務人員大多是年紀較大的，不是很專業，早餐品類也比較少，因為員工不夠專業帶來了一些不太好的感受，不過經理的解決方式還不錯，口條清楚，態度很好，但是餐飲部員工真的要培訓下，這個檔次的酒店應該配備相匹配的服務。感覺酒店時間有點久了，總體是失望大於期望的…

酒店很漂亮，適合在酒店慢慢玩。周圍的環境也很好，酒店整體給人感覺很不錯。房間也很大，乾淨衞生。也非常安靜，整體還是很不錯。Molly是一個很好的管家，幫我照顧我的家人非常貼心，還沒有出發就一直在跟我們聯繫，真的是非常貼心。期待與她的下次相遇。

房間很適合度假，不輸給馬代度假酒店內部結構。配套服務很好。特別表揚攝影師特特旅拍技術，超讚。安嵐的Daniel服務非常好，感謝接待。回程還配餐食，好感動。

度假旅行來了千島湖，房間佈局，酒店活動，服務真的還是很棒，特別是服務，人流量不多，服務意識很強，從check in的介紹和準備，到車的安排，餐廳服務，管家和打掃員工，都周到熱情，看的出是認真培訓的，還搭配了歡迎套餐和旅拍，送了特產伴手禮，但是瑕疵也很明顯，所在千島湖的景目前真的太一般了，酒店公區和房間設施在這個價位裏也偏差，離高鐵站都一個小時，風景應該很美，最不舒服的是酒店餐廳估計因為客流量，感覺大部分都是預製菜或提前做的的，早餐比中檔商務酒店可能都不如，千島湖可能很久沒開新酒店了，如果來還是可以體驗一下
