The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

The room was great as was the view. The facilities that were open were clean and lovely. The pool was great and most of the staff were friendly. The boat trip from the hotel was nice, great boat, very comfortable (no toilet though so be prepared).FRONT DESK STAFF gavin SERVICE IS GREAT AND NICE.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

Traveling in the off-season is a great value for money. The hotel rooms are well maintained and spacious enough. Although it's a bit out of the way, it's no problem to travel by car. It only takes 15 or 20 minutes to get to the central area. The housekeeper Sun was very enthusiastic. He cared about us until we arrived on the way, and even helped us carry our luggage. He was so considerate and made us feel good during our trip to Qiandao Lake.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the most stunning views of Qiandaohu. We paid for an executive room and it was really worth the extra money as you get access to the lounge on the 17th floor, including drinks, snacks and an evening buffet. The food in the buffet was lovely, especially the desserts and the views from the 17th floor are amazing. Service was excellent and most staff spoke very good English. We used the pool, sauna and hot bath/tub which were all nice too. We will definitely go back!

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

An unplanned trip turned out to be very fun, much more fun than the planned trip to Huangshan Mountain two days ago. Feel the passion of the people of Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou. First of all, it is very smooth to take a taxi after getting off the high-speed rail. There is a special online taxi pick-up point, which is very user-friendly. The driver introduced us along the way and we had a great time chatting. Delivered directly to the hotel lobby door. Check-in was very smooth. The lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room. The lady Suisui took the initiative to add WeChat to help carry the luggage, guided us all the way to the room, and even gave the children toys. I was really shocked when I opened it. Everything from the overall room environment to the details has been done to the extreme. Toiletries for adults and children, including baby shampoo and shower gel, baby cream, baby slippers and toothbrushes, are really amazing. The little white rabbit folded on the towel on the bed instantly attracted the children's attention and made them happy. We ate at the Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor in the evening. The cooking was exquisite and the fish head was very tender. 2 The baby was very happy with the baby meal. Since I went there relatively late, the next day I visited the Cute Pet Paradise to feed the small animals, the dense outdoor playground, and Fantasy Island. The two children were sweating and laughing all the way. Before I knew it, it was 12:30 noon, and I quickly went back to pack my things to catch the high-speed train. The driver was waiting patiently at the door. If it weren't for the night shift, we would still have to stay one more night today. The children were also clamoring not to leave. Before leaving, we also gave souvenirs to solve the problem of hungry children who did not have lunch. It's really great. Thank you to Miss Suisui for her enthusiastic help along the way. Voco in 100 island lake is surrounded by impressive scenery. The rooms are very modern and cosy. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a corner room which had a huge bathtub in a fairly large bathroom overlooking the lake.I enjoyed it. And,most importantly, I was lucky to be looked after by the hotel manager on duty,Leona,who provided a quick room upgrade,arranged a complimentary dinner and coffee for me, escorted me to the shuttle bus and spoke fluent English. I will come back! 👌

I stayed 4 nights. Overall the place and the service were good. But I was disappointed by the fact that the outdoor swimming pool was EMPTY (= no water in it!) for the whole duration of my stay. One big reason I had originally chosen Narada was the outdoor swimming pool, which looked great from the hotel's... pictures; too bad it was very different when I got there. My idea of a relaxed mini-holiday is to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool; however, if there is no water in it, what is there to enjoy? :( Given the obvious discrepancy between what the Hotel claimed to offer (= pictures of a beautiful outdoor swimming pool) and the reality ( = empty swimming pool) I asked the Hotel to offer me a discount; they instead offer me apologies and wanted to give me a small gift I didn't need (and didn't take); however, they did not offer any discounts. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to give a low rate for my experience there because overall was a disappointment.
