The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

The uncle who drives the shuttle bus is also very enthusiastic, and he also takes the initiative to help throw away the garbage and help find a parking space. Dishonest and Poor Communication We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor. When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie. Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed. On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy. When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat. The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly. We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

The boss is also enthusiastic. The attractions we visit are all tickets booked by the boss, which are cheaper than buying online. I really recommend it, food, lodging and transportation are very OK, a pleasant trip! By the way, there are billiards in the homestay. Children can shoot basketball. Adults can play mahjong. Even if it rains, it’s good to play indoors.

It's one of my most relaxing vacations ever; the scenery is stunning, the accommodations are clean, and the staff are friendly. They brought us wine glasses and a heater, which was helpful. You could also bring some food in. Sadly, the menu doesn't offer many choices and the breakfast is mostly local. It’s a-bit far from the railway station but it’s worth it. I will definitely return.
