If you’re planning to go here make sure you get tested in Hangzhou because the test in your city won’t count👎 the swimming pool opens late and closes early 👎 (Positive—review) the hotel was clean and we did some water activities which was amazing and the prices are pretty reasonable 👍 the hotel service is ok but they could be better! We had dinner at a western restaurant; their service is a 10/10 very friendly manager🫶🏼 Oh let me not forget the view 👌🤌❤️ to die for 🤞

It's one of my most relaxing vacations ever; the scenery is stunning, the accommodations are clean, and the staff are friendly. They brought us wine glasses and a heater, which was helpful. You could also bring some food in. Sadly, the menu doesn't offer many choices and the breakfast is mostly local. It’s a-bit far from the railway station but it’s worth it. I will definitely return. The karting is very fun and exciting. The beer town is not crowded because it is not a weekend. There are a lot of free performances to watch, a variety of delicious food to choose from, the grilled lamb chops are delicious, the Qiandao Lake beer tastes good, and the entrance is better. It is also about 10 kilometers to go to the forest oxygen bar and Prince Mountain. The service attitude of the sisters at the front desk is also full marks. The uncle of the security also warmly introduced us to go to the beer town to play. We were afraid that it would be late when we returned from the rafting. The ginger tea prepared in advance for me was immediately full of warmth! The housekeeper and all the service staff I saw in the hotel were very enthusiastic. It was cold outside and they helped us find coats from the warehouse. We played cards in the room and gave us desserts. The photographer wore thin clothes and took pictures for us outside. It was so warm. The details, in short, will be what you want and what you want. Let’s talk about the environment: we have nine exclusive islands and the scenery is very good! We were upgraded to a lake view suite, facing the lake. Even if the weather is bad, we can see the view directly from the room. Because the view is so beautiful, we canceled our self-driving around the lake and went straight to the island for a long time to take photos and pick up the fish. Oranges and grapefruits make the whole family very happy and satisfied! Let’s talk about food and beverage: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The price was reasonable and the taste was delicious. The ingredients and taste were much better than those in restaurants outside! Breakfast is a set meal. You can add whatever you want. The chef is very considerate and gives us extra dishes so that we can taste the specialties. There is also a warm pot of red dates and longan tea. There is nothing to be picky about! Our next stop is Fuchun Shanju. After comparison, we found that Keren is definitely the most recommended hotel in our hearts!

The waiter said that because it rained these days, the two bubble pools were temporarily not open. The open cover was to maintain the temperature. When you need to go down the bubble pool, you can call them. I explained it patiently to me.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

You can order take-out. The taste of a store about three or four kilometers away is not bad, and the price is not bad. There is a sharp fish with more than 40 pieces and four pieces are also delicious. It is recommended that you take a self-driving tour to the Baixiao Line.

The room is large and the hotel facilities are relatively outdated, but Enough, I personally think that the price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel has an infinity pool and the water is very clean. The children like it very much. There are hot air balloons, mountain motorcycles, paragliders and children's quality development projects around. Generally speaking, it is more recommended!
