每次到滁州都會先考慮金鵬酒店，酒店大堂寬敞明亮，高大上，她們服務真的很熱情，尤其是客服蔣海燕小姐姐，服務很細心，説話聲音小小的還特別甜，很是親切，前台小姐姐微笑辦理入住高效快捷，房間住的也很舒服，寬大的落地窗讓房間明亮寬敞，房間温度也剛剛好，在樓道里遇見服務人員也是很熱情的打招呼，像是回到家一樣，總之，下次到滁州還是會繼續選擇的，也值得推薦！！

一家值得好評的寶藏酒店，性價比超高，一日三餐免費，還有免費的水果和暖心夜宵，➕免費接送站服務。衹要服務環境衞生好，設施對我來説無所謂（設施雖然有點舊，但是一點都不影響我對酒店的好評）早餐真的很豐富，還有我喜歡吃的蛋噠和混沌。這家酒店的工作人員，個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，面帶微笑，給人親切的感覺。特別表揚一下客服經理蔣海燕，認真負責，細緻周到，還主動幫我拿行李，讓我瞬間覺得好温暖，我臨走跟她説：這個酒店真的性價比超高，寶藏酒店，酒店工作人員都非常好，服務態度也好，都主動打招呼，跟我説：新年快樂！這個是我在別的酒店真沒遇到過，我以後衹要來滁州必定選金鵬酒店。還要特別感謝每一位酒店員工，你們辛苦了！同時祝金鵬廣場酒店的明天更加輝煌！

服務態度很好，房間整潔無異味，也很安靜，窗户也很大光線很好，早餐種類豐富。接送服務，衹能到高鐵站，入住有點遲，我兩點半多到的酒店，房間還沒打掃好，還得等會，還有設施稍微有點舊了，空調上灰挺多

房間太小了，大床房衹能睡一個人，如二個人的話晚上起夜估計要翻山越嶺，床墊太老了，至少我的房間的床墊坐上去都快塌了，空調也打不太熱。另衞生間反味（看到點評説有反味，但頭鐵還是訂了）
