Liberty Fabay - Ultra All Inclusive

An excellent hotel with all the facilities you could possibly want & the most friendly, courteous, helpful staff that attend to your every need at every opportunity. Very good choice of food/drinks, including a la carte restaurants. Additional smaller 'adult only' buffet is a very nice touch.Quality evening shows & fabulous indoor pool, relaxation & spa facilities included. Would totally recommend for couples & families.

I've taken my time submitting a review, having been back five weeks now, but I keep thinking about the wonderful time we had and wish to share my gratitude to the team at Liberty Fabay. I went with my with and children - aged 14 and 11 - for our first time at an all-inclusive resort. We'd researched so many hotels in various locations, ultimately choosing Liberty Fabay based on the room layout and the advertisement of an allergy-friendly buffet. We booked a swim-up room that had separate beds for the kids and a divider between that living space and the main bedroom. The dividers happen to be a little tricky to open and close, given their inertia and the small 'handles'. Otherwise the room was perfect and exceeded our expectations. During the day there was mostly a lifeguard watching over the small pool shared by the swim-up rooms. Regarding the dining, we only used the main buffet restaurant for our main meals. The selection and quality of food was amazing, with mix of reassuringly regular items and daily specials. I wanted to eat everything, which wasn't a realistic goal, but managed to sample a range of local/regional cuisine that was new to me (and delicious). The wife is vegetarian and the kids each have various food allergies, so the dining options were critical to our enjoyment. These allergies were discussed at reception upon arrival, resulting in the children being given cards for each of the allergies, e.g. nut, egg etc, which they could carry and show to restaurant staff for assistance. This worked well, alongside labelling (not always perfect) by each item. Ultimately the kids were able to find good healthy food that they enjoyed. I want to keep it short but a special mention to the restaurant managers for arranging for milk-free bread rolls for my daughter. And generally for running such a challenging operation so flawlessly! There is so much more I could say, but will limit to a few highlights: The evening entertainment exceeded our expectations, with top-class performers each night. The grounds are kept spotless - the reality is exactly like the brochures/website. We loved the patisserie for coffees and the snack court for pizza, cold drinks and puff-puffs. Being served drinks by the pool or fresh watermelon by the aquapark was a treat. It was amazing to swim in the warm and calm sea, then watch the sun go down. The blue skies! Thank you so much to the team - everyone was so friendly and hard-working, from check-in to the restaurants, bars, aquapark, room cleaning, fridge stocking, the lot. I do hope that the staff are treated well and that the hotel is contributing to the local economy. Teşekkürler!

Amazing hotel! From checkin all the way through to check out there isn't much to fault. We originally booked a family room, however we were upgraded to one of the suites with a private pool (although the water was cold). We are vegetarians and there was plenty of food to eat across all parts of the hotel, they even had a vegan section too. Chefs catered well for my sister who has a nut allergy. Drinks are branded and not watered down.
