Hotel service was superb! I would give it a 11/10. Those planning a trip to Zhang Jia Jie, Tianmen Mountain or the Grand Canyon can ask the hotel staffs for advice. They kindly drew the whole route for us to navigate. This made our trip much more efficient due to their expertise. Breakfast in the morning was cooked fresh & hot + they accomodated to the timing we wish to leave the hotel. Laundry services was excellent, the staffs made sure our clothes was dry as we enjoyed our tour around Zhang Jia Jie!

In addition to a wonderful room, they helped me plan my itinerary, and were kind enough to give me a ride to the park entrance and bus station. They were extremely hospitable, kind, and generous. It was okay, I really love the bathtub and thank God I had it because there was no hot water in the shower… It said there was the option for breakfast, but it was never offered to me so I wasn’t sure what that was all about. I didn’t really get any information actually, but it’s probably my fault for not asking. If there was something I needed however, it was immediately provided. I Got ************** on my third night so it was a pretty relaxing place to crash for 24 hours, not that I could work the television or anything. The Bluetooth surround sound also didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first day either but I managed.

In most countries the term „boutique hotel“ refers to something that’s extraordinary and exquisite. We didn’t expect that when we booked, but the rooms looked cozy and comfortable on the photos. However, our stay there wasn’t very pleasant. The reception and the stairs were a bit messy, the elevator dirty. The rooms were not very tidy as well, so we didn’t feel very comfortable. The bathroom looks like it’s still under construction and has never been finished. I know that it’s not a very expensive hotel and we can’t expect something premium for the price, but at the same time it’s not cheap either, and in the same price range most hotels here in China are much much better. On our trip this was one of the worst hotels unfortunately.
