"While the room and service people were nice many things were broken, the hotel is visibly run down. Indoor heated pool was cold and only half full. Gym equipment was straight brokken, none of them worked. Only 2 out of the 16 Hot springs were functional on the first day, on the second they were closed due to rain. The food was not good. In the end what makes the hotel worthy of its extra price is not there. Was really unfortunate because we really wanted to enjoy our stay"

They even gave us a plate of watermelon upon arrival, and when our room was small, they immediately moved us to a different room. There's also a restaurant downstairs with delicious food at reasonable prices."

"The place is beautiful. It set in rural area, having its own vegetable garden and chicken coop. You can hear birds. It was raining on the day I stayed and that made whole environment even more enjoyable. The owner couple helped me to plan my grand canyon trip, booked tickets, dropped me to entry gate in morning and even help with luggage. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon."

"Overall, my stay was quite good. The king-size room with the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly spacious; I could roll around freely without worrying about falling off. The service, from the front desk to the room, was very thoughtful and personalized. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"The hotel is incredibly easy to find, located just a few hundred meters off the Cili East exit of the Changzhang Expressway. They offer a huge, complimentary parking lot. The flowers were blooming beautifully this season, which added to the charm. We really appreciated having a bellhop to help with our luggage! Both the front desk and the service staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our children had an absolute blast! We'll definitely be bringing them back for a longer stay during their next holiday."

The only downside was the navigation location was slightly off; I had to contact the hotel to get a new location. The breakfast food was excellent and to my liking. "Had a really great stay! The owner was very kind and helpful throughout. Truly generous and always ready to assist whenever needed. The house itself was beautiful. The rooms were quite big, well-equipped, and very comfortable. At this price, the stay was absolutely amazing. The hospitality was wonderful, and it honestly made my trip more comfortable and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay!"

"This is my first bad review. I have never come across such a neurotic hotel! From 6 o'clock in the morning, a group of men and women were running, chasing and screaming in the corridor, which lasted until 9 o'clock. No staff reminded us during this period. At first, I thought the hotel was on fire! Before breakfast was 9:30, the aunties kept urging us and kept emphasizing that the hotel would close at 9:30! They said there were only a few minutes left before closing! They kept screaming that the dishes they didn't have would not be replenished! It felt like having breakfast was like begging for food! Summary: This is an unmanaged hotel!"
