"Staying at Wotianju this trip was a delightful surprise! It's incredibly close to all the attractions, basically within ten minutes. We drove there ourselves, and the hotel itself is unbelievably huge – you even need to drive to get around inside! The front desk also gave us a free room upgrade, which made us really not want to leave. The hotel pays attention to details everywhere: the butler service is super responsive and on-call, the welcome fruit was chilled, and even a simple blanched lettuce at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. You can tell the chef really knows their stuff – it was fresh and not greasy. You could easily just stay at the hotel for all your eating, drinking, and entertainment needs. There's a huge lawn, and reading a book and having tea by the river under the trees was just incredibly relaxing; time just seemed to slow down. After dinner, we'd go swimming and then soak in the hot springs. Honestly, even though it's an outdoor hot spring, the cleanliness was excellent. Back where we're from, a hot spring of this quality for two people would cost about the same as a night's stay! I forgot my facial cleanser when we left, and the butler even arranged for SF Express to send it home – absolutely perfect! You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the hotel's construction, design, and staff management. I would definitely come back to Zhangjiajie just for this hotel again. A hundred points!"

And you don’t need to worry as the family is very nice and accomodating.
They gave free rides going to grand canyon entrance and pick us up after the tour.
They even assisted us to buy our tickets for the attraction where we enjoy all the activities.
Also, you can order your lunch, dinner and breakfast at them. They cook deliciously and affordable.
The room are big, the toilet are clean and they are friendly.
The view is also breathtaking as you can see the sea of clouds in the morning.
I’ll surely commend this accomodation to everyone who wants to stay close the grand canyon."

"The location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly.
Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep.
The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands."

The hotel is on a quiet mountain, very close to the road. I stayed there for two nights. It was a rare quiet and comfortable place. When it was cold, I sat in the fire room with the owner to warm myself. When the sun was good, I basked in it. At night, I set off some fireworks. The boss was very welcoming and gave me some vegetables he grew himself. Thank you and I wish you a happy new year.

Anonymous UserThe hotel has a fantastic location, just 200 meters from the Grand Canyon exit. The landlady is incredibly warm and hospitable. When I couldn't get a ride from the forest park to the Grand Canyon that night, she specially asked her friend to give me a ride back and kept calling to make sure I was safe. The next day, when I needed to take the high-speed train, she even gave me the contact information for the direct bus so I could buy tickets in advance. In the morning, when I went to the scenic area, she even drove her own car to take me directly to the entrance, worried I'd be waiting. Her thoughtfulness made me feel the warmth of the Hunan people. She even carried my suitcase up to the third floor for me. The room was clean, hygienic, and cozy, with everything I needed. There were many restaurant options; the food wasn't from a fancy restaurant, but the stir-fries were quite tasty. The only downsides were the unstable water temperature, which fluctuated a bit, and the hotel being relatively old, there were some signs of wear and tear and water stains. If you're overly picky about the environment, this hotel is excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Grand Canyon.

Never been so serious: First of all, it is to let the children rest and play on this trip, but the experience is the worst. When we arrived, the staff was surprised by 😳, and then asked us if we booked? I said it was set a month ago. Second, we talk about the facilities: the room looks good, but the inside is too crowded, we have to take the two suitcases one by one, otherwise people can't turn around. The toilet has to be wiped after the shower to go to the toilet. There is no foot pad. It is directly wet. The window of the room is still broken. It cannot be closed. The door is difficult to open. Third, the afternoon tea, although it is sent, but from 2:30 to almost five o'clock, I called once in the middle, but they said that there is a need to go out at 3:30 to buy it, everyone can see which picture needs to buy materials to make, the most important thing, eat is still tide. But breakfast is OK. Fourth: The children's amusement park, I dare not go in to play at all, it is mosquitoes, and we originally wanted to play in the water park with the baby, but said that the facilities were broken and could not be played. Is such a price reasonable for such facilities and services? If it is not open, then do you have to call us in advance to inform us that I can change the hotel. Not waste time there.

The room was excellent! We were traveling with our two little ones, and they kindly arranged a room with an extra bed for us, which was very thoughtful. There's a wide array of activities available: laser tag, mini-tanks, go-karting, shooting, and even water cannon battles. Our children not only had a blast but also learned a lot through play. When the weather is hot, the swimming pool is absolutely the best place to be. The kids loved it so much they would happily stay from morning until night!

The hotel is in the market town of Jiangyan Town. The location is easier to find. The hotel should have been changed from other hotels to e-sports hotels. It is obvious that it has not been long since it opened. We stayed in a double room, but the bedside did not even have a plug-in board, and the whole room had a bedside table. I feel that these aspects need to be strengthened.
