Cimenyan Hotels with Breakfast

I recently stayed at a comfortable hotel in Bandung with a great view and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel may not be a big chain, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, cozy, and had a balcony with a stunning city view and mountain . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The breakfast was simple, but delicious and filling. Overall, I had a great time at this small hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Bandung with a great view.

My husband booked 2 Deluxe City View Room from this hotel, and this is kinda view that I get from my room. I ask them whether rooms they had provide us is the correct City View Room..? and where is the 'City' view..? and they said, that suppose to be the room. And view should can see the parking lot.. Hotel's location is quite far from nearest city. The road to come to this hotel is badly broken and uncomfortable. But this place is quiet and relax.

The hotel is new, modern & nice. The drawbacks according to my experience: 1. The hot shower can suddenly be cold then hot again & cold again, also the water flow is small. 2. The swimming pool is 1.5m deep so it is difficult for children to swim, it is too deep. Also the size of the pool is not too big, with the number of visitors swimming, the pool is very full. It is not comfortable to swim. 3. Facilities are lacking if just for a staycation.

The only positive about this hotel is its location, the view is amazing overlooking the hills, and also its swimming pool is superb, very big, kids love it. But the rest of this hotel needs improvement, towels and bed sheets, duvets and pillos case are greyish color, they are not looking clean and fresh , they are old and in need of change. I asked for new towels in the second day and it smells a bit like cat pee! The furnitures are old and need remodelling. Floors of public area are dirty!! They probably cut back of their cleaning services worker due to pandemic. Wall corners in public area covered in spider web. Won’t coming back here again.

I asked for a birthday welcome for my daughter. It was beautifully done on the mirror with neon ink. There was a nice towel cake with a card too. Unfortunately, the brasserie was opened only on Fridays and weekends so I couldn't get a cake to celebrate her birthday. The bathroom was quite dirty despite having black tiles, i could see some mold on the walls in the shower area. The bellhop staff are friendly and helpful. The location is away from shops and malls.

The food is pretty good. The area around the hotel was very nice. I stayed for the first time, but I felt that the cost performance was very good.
