Best place for holiday and escape from routine. Delicious meal and Food. Great Hospitality from the Staff. Nice room and complete amenities. With private swimming pool and nice rabbit garden for children

First time, we visited this hotel to enjoy the good weather in Puncak. For overall it is a convenient hotel with a good breakfast & nice hospitality. However, wifi is terrible due to limited signal. For elderly & baby stroller also not convenient as lots of stairs. It is quite large hotel with different parts of buildings. If we booked for high value price then it got easy access to pool and also rooms. Others, we need to walk and exercise with stairs.

We came here around 4 times and always had nice experience. Mr Heri the manager was very very nice person. All the staff are incredible bice and helpful. We tried the pool suite and grand pool suite. We loved it very much. The priavte pool was heated, which was very nice for puncak area.

It was really nice to be able to stay at Novus Giri Puncak, from the fast reception service, and the day before my stay I requested decorations for an anniversary wedding celebration, Novus staff said that the decorations were free, unless I had an extra flower bouquet, because I wanted to So I ordered an additional bouquet of flowers, the Novus room I stayed in was upstairs with a view of the swimming pool, because it had been renovated to follow the current modern decoration so it was quite comfortable to live in. Breakfast was quite varied with quite a delicious taste. I'm happy because there is a rabbit cage, maybe the children's playground can be given more color so it's more interesting, thank you Novus. I hope I can stay at Novus again
