"I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service."

"Well, it was a good stay there. Nice and polite staff. Cooperating and helpful. The location is ideal. The only thing which bothered me was smelly bathroom. I have already highlighted this issue in my previous stay and in review. Anyway, thanks to all."

"The room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot. I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice."

"The facilities are good. Although there is no gym, but there is table tennis. The scenery is good. The service is good. You also can have a free printed picture. One thing that I don't like is the regulation of smoking. I just found out that customer can smoke at the balcony and lobby. While I have requested a non smoking room, the man next door was smoking at the balcony, and the smoke came to our room. And I have to complained twice so we can move to different room. My suggestion is, please separate the smoking and non-smoking floors so that non-smokers can breathe fresh air. And please make the lobby as a non smoking area. It's too bad that the room that was already nice was polluted with cigarette smoke from visitors."

"This resort hotel has complete facilities, from a playground to activities for children and adults. It has a large swimming pool and playground. Access to the hotel is also easy. Although there was a problem with towels not being provided in the room, the staff responded quickly and provided excellent service. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the taste is quite delicious. The best!"

"Stone really booked the hotel at 7 o'clock after magrib, until 11 o'clock. When I first arrived at the hotel, I saw the landscape of the stairs very fast. as soon as i looked at the real thing,it turned out to be better than the photo The hotel is very compact, new building, cozy, friendly staff, easy access, clean bathroom, really worth staying in the peak area of Cipanas."
