i chose executive room, and the room that i got was quite big yet it didn’t make sense, since it was only big but no interior design following it and it wasn’t convenient to even charge my phone (there was no plug in close to the bed). the sofa has stains. then i decided to upgrade my room to honeymoon suite, it was much better in terms of the interior design, but still no plug in beside the bed! and i dislike the room for it. when i asked if i could chose breakfast in bed rather than going to the restaurant, they didn’t grant it.. so chosing the highest class of this hotel doesn’t mean you will get special treatment 🙃

Keep enjoying the dishes at Jasmine lounge with live music playing every day and of course it makes me refuse to step off the couch that has been provided. And here the food is delicious. Really good. 1 continue to have lunch at Kalanta cafe. And enjoying a mini honey burger with fresh drinks like red velvet and it turns out this cottage is not less comfortable with Jasmine lounge and more private of course. Swimming is a mandatory activity if you want to staycation at the hotel and here there are 2 swimming pools that are already available. It is in the outdoor area (lily) and indoor (lotus). 1 Don't forget the spa at Anthurium spa. Enjoy the chocolate spa package 120 minutes with choco massage, choco mask, choco scrub and choco soak. 1 wahhhhh this is so delicious so it's delicious. Conveniently located in considerably Cirebon most crowded mall - Cirebon Super Block Mall Great if you are traveling with children as mall is adjacent to the hotel, there are plenty of food selections and kids playing area Parking is one of their weak points, as mall are mostly over crowded. We were not able to enter the location, and need to call hotel team to talk to security from the mall to allow us to enter, hotel team is helpful which solved our frustration. Gym equipment are adequate, however there are 3 broken treadmills that need to be fixed. And air conditioning is not working creating the feeling of working out in cheap gym. Room is a bit dark at night, there is working lamp to support a bit of work with laptop. Cleanliness can be improved, we have noticed dusk at the corner of the room. Overall, hotel location is a positive point, with poor parking because of mall operation and impolite mall security, room is acceptable with cleanliness to be improved. Service is good with room for improvement.

It was an amazing experience to say in the bentani Hotel. The room is well cleaned. The view inside the hotel corridor was well decorated. The food was good as well. Staff cooperative and Hamble. Overall, it's worth staying there. I would like to stay again if visit cirebon.

Every year I and my big family go to Cirebon and definitely stay at the Hotel Asri. At the price of 600 grand during the holidays, you'll get: - Large and comfortable rooms, lots of tables to put things in - Large bathroom, with enough exhaust. The wet clothes after swimming were enough to be stained all night in the shower block, and tomorrow morning is dry and can be used to swim back. - In front of the room there are 2 chairs and tables to sit and relax, enjoy the view and chat with family - The pool is quite large and clean, two types for adults and for children. - Nice place on the edge of the pool and quite instagramable (when I came there was a family who was taking a full photo shoot). - There will be a beach in the distance. - Gym, small but quite complete, open view to the city of Cirebon and the beach in the distance. - Breakfast is quite complete and delicious. Every year there, so I've had a taste of a former Asri hotel that had a very simple breakfast menu, and so it's a lot higher for me today's breakfast menus. - The access from the hotel lobby to the Asian Treasure. This convenience store is quite complete, from supermarket to clothing store - Strategic location. There are many places to eat around the hotel. Close to the morning market as well for traditional cirebon items. If you want to go to Ade Irma Suryani Waterland, it's also only about 2km from the hotel. Minus: - Wifi; user and passwords are repeatedly given but many are not valid. Until finally informed that there was a disturbance - TV channel: no HBO or other movie channels.

Generally is a good hotel, it is part of a longstanding hotel group Santika, located in the middle of Cirebon. It is an older hotel compared to some in Cirebon. The service is very very good, the staffs are very welcoming and informative, health protocols are in place and the lobby are a high ceiling semi outdoor which helps with air circulation. CIrebon can be a bit cold at night, and many visitors hang around at the Lobby in the evening time. The cleanliness of the rooms are okay, a little bit of spots here and there, it will bother some people who are very concerned with this type of thing, and it was sort of an okay for me. Breakfast service were fairly standard, the staffs again were very nice and helpful. They have complimentary car washing for guests with cars. Overall iit wasnt super special, but it wasnt that bad.

I really enjoy to stay at this hotel, especially my lovely son, he like this hotel much since there is the swimming pool with some measurements...the hotel's staffs are very friendly and initiatively to offer some helps to the tenant...the room rate that given to the hotel for me is quite cheap with the good facilities..really love this hotel and hopefully I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Cirebon...
