"The room is spacious with complete amenities. It only lacks an in-room hairdryer. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness needs to be improved as there are still stains on the bedsheets. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, possibly due to the missing rubber cover on the drain, which created an unpleasant odor. The best thing about staying here is that it's centrally located above a department store. If you need to shop, just go downstairs. Parking is available on the lower level, which is only on one floor, but it's always available. Hotel guests have free parking. When swimming, the water tasted a bit strange. It was bitter and stung my eyes. It seemed like too much chlorine. The water wasn't clear either. Bring goggles, and afterward, take a clean shower with soap. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"It happened to be the night of Eid al-Fitr, and I stayed at this hotel in Cirebon. There is a very large mosque nearby, and I took a look at their activities. The hotel's hardware and software are all good, the service staff are quite enthusiastic, and the variety and style of breakfast are not bad. There is a Japanese restaurant inside, and the ingredients are very fresh."

My suggestion for Room Keeping seems to be that the Attitude needs to be improved, when asking to restock soap, coffee, sugar and so on, they are not helped until they are put in their place in the room, even when sugar and tea sachets fall, they are just left behind. I had trouble getting it downstairs, but overall it was great, the front desk was friendly, they gave me drinks even when I didn't ask. Recommended hotel"
