Myself my Wife and older son stayed for three nights.Staff excellent! Minimal staff, but it keeps costs down.We are a career and wheelchair user,so a room for a disabled person.Nice low bed, lovely bed!Wet room excellent.Doors a bit tricky, the old hold open and reverse trick. You need to request house keeping before Twelve o'clock midday, each day of your stay.

Room was absolutely fine... staff very helpful... just woken up at 6am by banging from room above... sounded like work was going on... I did mention it to staff the first morning... same thing happened the next morning ... would have liked a nice lay in

We use Premier Inn alot and have never had a complaint. Whilst the stay this time was just as comfortable as usual I'm afraid I was really Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I arrived quite late, tired and ready to sleep so didn't really notice until the morning (Apart from the toilet). Tried to speak to staff in morning but there was no one around. I'm pretty sure nothing was cleaned other than the bed changed. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom!

Arrived,no one was at reception so we rang the bell. Still took quite some time for someone to check us in. The room was dark when we entered as the curtains were closed which was odd. The room was very dusty and lots of cobwebs. Bathroom tired, floor needed swept and lots of dust . Bedding was clean and comfy. Noticed that the bags for bedding ( as it was a family room) were just left sprawled out half under the bed half out. We left and returned to the hotel on a few occasions and never saw any staff, so didn’t report the dirty room. Couldn’t get breakfast as my child has coeliac disease and there were no gluten free options. Just vegan and vegetarian. So we left early to go elsewhere. Never seen/ slept in a hotel room that’s so dirty before. I cannot believe the cleaner thinks that’s ok to present room like that.

Premier Inn is always a reasonable option. Beds and pillows are ok. Probably wouldn’t choose as a fixed location to meet and eat with family and friends. A bit noisy as next to a really busy road and roundabout. Food was functional but a little disappointing. There are however loads of good places to eat in the area. We went to Waterside and The Crown at Cerney Wick, which were both amazing.

Love Premier Inn as they are a great priced great place to stay. Rooms are always clean and comfortable - the beds and pillows are the best around and a good night's sleep is important. You can make as much as you like of your stay by either eating there or going out. It's just the best for when you are meeting up with other family and/or friends and exploring the area.
