Travelodge Cirencester
"Charlotte and Luke on reception very helpful, room was clean and modern, would return due to the customer service given"
De Vere Cotswold Water Park
"This was our second trip to this hotel. The location is stunning, to wake in the morning and pull back the curtains to reveal a panoramic view of the lake was breathtaking. Breakfasts are amongst the best we’ve ever had. Service first class across the board. Highly recommended."
Premier Inn Cirencester
"For a premier in. You get what you get but there could be a few improvements. Check in: Was really slow it took a while to get checked in and it wasn’t busy at all. It could be a lot more efficient. Room: Bed was okay isn’t wasn’t uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and the room. However controlling the temperature is not the best. The air con makes a racket when it is on and doesn’t do much at all in cooling the room down. Because of this sleeping was difficult as the room was too warm. Dinner: the young lad that served us was helpful and helped us upgrade our plan. Food was really nice couldn’t fault it at all and really enjoyed. However, the female member of staff that checked us in was on the phone in the entrance for a while and when food needed to fine out the little members of that there were was no where to be seen and the chef had to bring the food out. Mid way through dinner a young that that I think was starting his shift was shouting and moaning about there being no beans or eggs, fair enough that would be annoying if a delivery has missed it off but I’m sure customers don’t need to hear this. But over all food was really good. Staff: a few were lovely I wasn’t able to get their names but some just don’t listen. Like when trying to get into breakfast and asking for my surname which is a double barreld. He proceeded a few times to try and find it under the wrong letter even though I stated it would be under M serval times. And other examples I’ve named above like check in being on their phones etc. I would stay again if needed but I’ve stayed in the town centre and had better experiences."
Riverside Hotel
"The room was nice, amenities were good and exactly what they stated it would be. Unfortunately the other guests were very noisy and kept me up all night whilst I had an important assessment. Thats not on the hotel though. Wish there was a couple of be considerate signs in the corridor though."
Kings Head Hotel
"I recently stayed at Kings Head Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge!"
Cotteswold House
"Host is a great chef and very helpful. His breakfast is awesome and our family truly enjoyed it. Location is 15 min walks from the old town"
Corinium Hotel & Restaurant
"Great location, great staff, great restaurant."
The Fleece at Cirencester
"Great breakfast, the room is cozy , also the location is at the center, for self driving you need to park in the public car parking which is 3 mins walk away"
The Catherine Wheel
"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bibury. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was also very nice, simple but quality food. The beautiful surroundings and tranquil setting made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again."

Ingleside House
"We went from Bristol to Cirencester to see the play Ottilie at the Barn Theatre and booked a room at Ingleside to stay over after the show, having seen details about it on Facebook. We also booked a meal at the Teatro for before the show. Until we arrived we hadn’t realised that the Theatre, hotel and restaurant were all owned by the same person. It’s a really good set up and we had a brilliant time. The hotel and restaurant are well laid out, beautifully decorated and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food and wine was excellent. The Barn Theatre is a gem and the production of Ottilie was brilliant. Jolene who played Ottilie was amazing. Wonderful voice and performance backed by a great band. Shout outs to Amy on reception and the Mixologist in the bar of the Teatro who made our post show gimlets. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked to do it all again to see another show in September."
The Bell at Sapperton
"would like to thank everyone at The Bell at Sapperton for a truly outstanding dining experience on what was a special family get together on Sunday the 15th of March to celebrate Mother’s Day. The positive tone was set by the most warm and friendly welcome upon entering the bar area, the ambience was relaxed and refined. We were greeted by Gerald the manager before being personally escorted to our pre booked table by one of his courteous colleagues in the events section of the restaurant. We were served by Blanca who works really hard and efficiently, clearly enjoying what she does in making our dining experience special. The quality and beautiful presentation of each course was outstanding (food piping hot), in passing I caught a brief glimpse of the industrious activity in the kitchen which was impressive, translating into a calm and well timed table service. We all look forward to going back and will gladly recommend The Bell to all our friends. Many thanks again Paul and Ann Ashcroft"
Stratton House Hotel & Spa
"Small overpriced room. Small double bed , tiny shower and not good value at £175 p/n room only! Wouldn’t recommend ☹️"
The Swan Hotel
"Satisfied, exceeded expectations. The room is like a small duplex, clean and sanitary, with good space and comfortable living. The service is good, whether it is the front desk or the restaurant waiter, they are all quite polite. The location of the hotel is very good, and the scenery is right outside. The products and environment of the restaurant in the hotel are very good. Recommended!"
