Very satisfied, the cleaning was very clean, especially when the airport drop-off driver lost contact, the hotel staff asked the manager for instructions and quickly sent us to the airport. I was very touched and thank you sincerely!

Delighted with our 3rd stay at this welcoming hotel in perfect location in centre of beautiful Cirencester. Enjoyed the most comfortable and well appointed room, bathroom and all amenities provided. Service is perfect, be it at reception, the bar or restaurant. Breakfast is always a treat, delicious and plentiful. Thank you all at the King’s Head.

When I take shower, suddenly no hot water.
No telephone in the room. If I need anything, I need to go down to lobby. No convenience,

Great Hotel in lovely location - have stayed a few times and loved it - however unfortunately this time was let down by staff shortage - my Room was not cleaned or any fresh towels amd products replaced . Reception desk was often no one there - my card key for room did not work - twice had to go back down to replace and had to wait along time in both occassions as no one on reception - it ruined my stay ,this time.

We had a fantastic time in Cirencester and the hotel and staff were great but the breakfast was a complete let down. The bacon that came with the full English was as tough as old leather, clearly cooked a while ago and kept warm and we witnessed other guests leaving it also. The second day my wife had poached eggs which arrived hard which is unacceptable as it's basic cokkery skills and what can I say about the truffle omelette? Absolutely tasteless, zero seasoning and no sign or taste of any truffle whatsoever. If breakfast isn't included in your room price they want £16 for the omelette which basically is just two eggs and was the moste tasteless and unimaginitive omelette I have ever had, completely disappointed. It's a shame as it's such a nice hotel but the standard of cooking at breakfast really lets it down.

Called in when passing on my own , nice friendly staff nice surroundings and a pleasant atmosphere had a tasty meal that was good value for money will make sure I call in if in the area again, thanks you for a relaxing break to my journey well done
