"Although it was a one-night dormitory that was rushed due to the lack of schedule, it was in a good location to fall outside Sydney, and there was nothing worth living in except that the bathroom was a bit old, and the breakfast was worth eating for the price. It was okay to have a choice to eat with the insuper group.
There were also McTteok, oil houses, bakery, etc. right next door, which was perfect for snacks."
"Clean room
The right size
Easy parking
By the way back to Melbourne
Activity space is enough with children
Shower room is big enough
Equipped equipment is also considered standard"
"It was great for one night stay. The hotel was located in a convenient location. Walking distance to a shopping centre. Sydney airport 30 minutes drive. The room we stayed was very clean and bed was comfortable."
"Mercure Sydney Bankstown is a fantastic hotel with great comfort, excellent service, and a convenient location. The moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming — check-in was smooth and quick, which made my stay start perfectly.
The room was modern, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout my stay. I slept very well — quiet, cozy, and peaceful.
The hotel is located right next to Bankstown Sports Club, which adds a lot of convenience with dining options, cafés, entertainment, and secure parking all in one place. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travellers.
Breakfast was enjoyable with good quality and enough variety to start the day well. The lobby and common areas also felt stylish, calm, and comfortable for relaxing or working.
Overall, Mercure Sydney Bankstown exceeded my expectations — great value, wonderful service, comfortable rooms, and an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"I stayed here for two nights in an economy room. Overall, the experience was okay.
Location was average — convenient enough but not particularly standout. you need to drive.
Cleanliness was excellent; the room and common areas were very well maintained, which I really appreciated.
Service was also just okay. no staff there.
Facilities were generally good and met my basic needs.
It’s a decent place for a short stay, especially if cleanliness is your priority."

"Because I went to the Sydney Bridge to watch the fireworks on December 31, it was already 2am when I returned to the hotel. It was generally good, but the room was slightly smaller, and the entrance was a large bed, but the living was still very warm!"
