It was a really pleasant stay. Was up in Sydney this Christmas to attend some stuff. Was able to have a quiet and enjoyable stay in the hotel.
Location was wonderful, close to all the shop. The layout of the apartment was great, plenty of space for a solo traveller. The balcony was handy as usual. The bed was comfortable.
Highly recommended, would stay again in the future.
It belongs to the same group as Sofitel and Novotel. The room is relatively spacious and comfortable, but there are no toiletries and slippers, which is normal in Australian hotels. Convenient transportation and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby are the plus points for this hotel.
It is very convenient to travel. There is a parking lot at the door and it takes 3 minutes to walk to the rail transit. The room is as shown in the picture. It is comfortable for a family to live in. The room has a large balcony with a wide view. There are many choices for eating and drinking downstairs.
The windows need to be repaired. There was a strong wind at night and the windows were banged all night. I couldn’t repair them and I couldn’t avoid them. I was very devastated.
Very Good

This place is not the fanciest hotel you could stay at, but it is far from the most expensive also. This place is GREAT value for money. It's slightly awkward getting in and out of as it's on the highway and you have to turn around and all, but it is within walking distance to Artarmon train station, there are bus stops out the front, and close enough to catch the wonderful cab services who were very courteous taking us to our dinner engagements. As mentioned it's not the fanciest hotel, but it is clean, in good repair, the lobby is inviting, and key pick-up was easy. That I suppose is the new way with COVID. Reception shuts at 1:00PM, the doors lock then, and the restaurant is closed. But none of these things were any issue at all for us.
Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated.
All round great hotel.
The hotel was perfect for me to stay and have a 5 minute walk to the hospital. The manager was fantastic and very flexible when i needed to add on extra nights. It was a basic room but very clean, bed was comfortable and a continental breakfast was included. Parking is quite cramped but free which adds up to a great saving over a week. It was very quiet at night and I thought value for money compared to what it would have cost me at other hotels. Maybe not suitable for a holiday but for visiting a loved one in North Shore hospitals its perfect.
