"When I called and requested late check-in instructions, the staff told me she had already talked to someone about this, and it did not seem like she wanted to repeat the information to me. This is very strange because I am a solo traveler and I would be the only person calling. After a few minutes explaining to her about my situation, she asked for my email. Then my phone was disconnected (poor signal). I called back, and the same person asked if she could talk to someone else who could understand her. I told her I was the only one calling and I could understand her perfectly. Eventually, I was able to give her my email so she could send the check-in instructions. Also, the wifi password was not posted in the room. So I have no internet connection. This is not a good experience and I will be reluctant to stay there again."
