The location is good, right by the sea, convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, 5 minutes walk from trams and whale watching. The facilities are actually good, the small size is reasonable, but the restaurant on the first floor is really terrible. There is a pizza shop next to it that is good, but it is a pity that it closes at 5 pm and no pizza is served at 3 pm.

Lift definitely a welcome necessity
Cleaning of rooms a concern- sign on door at 8-00am - we came back at 3-00pm on both days and rooms had not been cleaned

Excellent hotel in a great location by the foreshore. Walking distance to everything including Granite Island. Staff were helpful, room was good and clean. There's all day dining restaurant downstairs or there are plenty of eateries around.

Staff were super friendly
The room was extremely clean (I’m a clean freak) but this room was spotless the bathroom had NO mould in it which sometimes can’t be helped in hotels.
The food downstairs was great and we’ll priced.
The location was perfect
Now yes it is slightly noisy but honestly you can’t help that every hotel is.
Tv was great it was connected to the internet so we could stream our shows.
Will most definitely come back at stay here.
