"The concierges were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. Our room was clean but not serviced to a 5star hotel standard( milk, coffee). The check in and out experience was excellent and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, although full of variety and delicious, did not offer 5 star service ( plates and glasses not removed in a timely manner and buffet not replaced quickly ) however the staff were friendly. The bar closed at 9pm which was far too early after people returned from dinner and less than halfway into the oyster hour(from 4-6pm) there were no more oysters which is not ideal. Helena compensated us with a round of drinks was appreciated. Overall, we had a relaxing and pleasant 4 days with a beautiful pool and attentive pool attendants."

"Had a little kid screaming and crying non-stop for a few hours right next door. Made an enquiry to the guest services they were happy to find another room for us. Unfortunately it wasn't as spacious and as well equipped as the room we originally booked but at least we could rest peacefully. Rooms are clean and the resort is very family friendly. You have a beautiful beach just over the fence. The kids really loved the swimming pool."

"Very satisfied with our stay, the room came with four tickets and breakfast included. It was perfect for two adults and two children, and the beds were very spacious. We had no problem opening three suitcases in the room. Our room was on the first floor, right next to the swings, and the back door was close to the beach. You could hear a bit of noise from kids running in the hallway, but it was mostly quiet. The main reason I'd recommend staying here is the excellent value for money."

"An incredible apartment with an even more spectacular view. The apartment was beautiful and it felt like you could spend weeks here. Check in was a little strange as reception closes very early but a quick telephone call with instructions lead us in the right direction. "
