"Bizarre place. 15 mins walk from Perth station and 5 from RAC Arena. Really should have everything going for it, but I have to concur with other reviews. The whole building could do with a lick of point. My apartment was good size, didnt use the kitchen so cant comment. Huge living area with comfy bed. Telly is tiny so rendered pointless. Bathroom is good, but only 2 bars of soap, no other amenities. Couple of spiders found as well. All in all, for a couple of nights its fine, but the place has huge potential if the owners wanted to invest."

"There is a holiday inn hotel near Murray street but we choose the west Perth branch based on the review, and though of not far from cbd bout 15-20mins walk. Clean room and spacious, I can opened my 2 mid big size luggage in the room. Car park can be an issue, limited lots at the roadside, heard they have a tpa car park near Murray street but its still quite a distance. There are cafe and restaurant near by, japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and west.."

"We stayed in a long stay studio. Was good I think it had been renovated before. Just the room looks a bit dark as it painted in black. They have a good restaurant in the lobby so make sure you try it as it also filled with people."

"The place had a kitchen, which made it perfect for a family trip. The room was bright with white tones, and everything—TV, desk, small dining table, balcony, bathroom—was clean and well-maintained. One small thing though: the bathroom drain was really open and visible, so I was a bit worried something might fall in or bugs might come out. I ended up covering it with a towel. The location was nicely a bit away from the busy city center, which was great. Best part? The bus stop for the free Red CAT and Yellow CAT buses was close—so convenient! The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Having a washer and dryer on-site was super handy, too. At night, we did sometimes hear cars driving by pretty loudly, but it didn’t really affect our sleep."

"The apartment space is quite large, and the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed. There is a dining table and the kitchen has seasonings for cooking. There is a washing machine in the bathroom without toiletries, and the shower curtain in the shower room does not like it. Stayed for two days, the face tissue was gone on the first day. The overall feeling is still relatively clean. Located north of Perth city, a little distance to Elizabeth Harbour, parking is convenient, there is a big small courtyard where you can park for free. The overall price/performance ratio is still OK, after all, hotels in Perth are very expensive."
