Lovely place, feels like living in the 80s. Beautiful view to catch Swan river.

Good place to stopover between flights. Clean rooms. Basic but has a kitchenette, bathtub, easy access. It is beside a main road fyi so take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Average service...location is good but noisy due to highway traffic movement 24 hours.

Location is very good, walking distance from the CBD (15-20mins). Apartment is a bit old, but thats okay. Room was clean too.

Went there to spend 3 days in Perth, the service is excellent, they allow me to put my luggage after checkout because my flight is not until 6pm. The location is convenient, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I paid less for three nights here than I would have at many other properties. However, parking is a major issue. The property appears to have more than 50 apartments but only around 20 parking spaces. Finding a parking spot is a matter of luck, and even when a space is available, the parking bays are very small and difficult to maneuver into. I stayed for four days, but housekeeping did not come to service the room or replace the towels during my stay. Another downside was the air conditioner, which kept turning off every couple of hours, seemingly due to a timer setting. This was quite inconvenient, especially at night. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option with a good location, but the parking, housekeeping, and air-conditioning issues affected my experience.

very convenient and friendly staff - can walk to the free blue line shuttle bus in 2 mins to get around downtown - but WiFi is really rlly bad

Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

Good communication re checkin process. Everything worked well. Huge apartment. If road noise hum 24x7 is an issue perhaps not for you.
