Our room was comfortable, quiet and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Indra, the staff member that served us, was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, directly opposite Kings Park and within easy reach of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring Perth. Overall, a lovely boutique hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness and outstanding customer service. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

The bedroom is spacious and kitchen is full with amenities. The only problem is that I have to carry my luggage through their first stair because their parking area is closed. The rest is perfec"

"At first it looks like a modern new place, the rooms become Tiny. The bathroom is a problem right next to the bed, water seeps out and the door slams shut which you Have to have closed otherwise the fire alarms apparently go off? Then there's the ************ girls at the front desk that aren't helpful. I had to pay a $100 bond for a $150 room not allowed to pay cash and I still haven't received my funds back? Unsure if I ever will as even the room was left undamaged ( I never ) I haven't received funds back this bond transaction ever! I won't be going there again."

The hotel facilities are excellent, including a washing machine, dryer, and a small kitchenette. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing; the cutlery and cups were greasy and needed to be washed before use."

"We had one of the the smaller rooms with an unusual layout. The bathroom had no doors, so no privacy. The shower had one screen wall and two glass walls. Nice having two wash basins but hard to share things as they are separated by the shower. No towel rails for wet towels. A large part of the area is taken up with a huge two-person jacuzzi spa. A waste of water and time to fill. Would have preferred a small kitchen, a table and two chairs. Coffee and tea making facilities. Fridge. Only other furniture apart from the bed is a small lounge chair which was used for our second suitcase. No clock-radio or night light. One pleasant surprise, not mentioned in the amenities list, is a very good continental breakfast which you can have in the dining area near the bar. Just contact the staff and they will have it ready for you the next morning at the nominated time. The hotel also have picnic baskets available. Nice for KIngs Park picnic areas."
