Find the Cheap Kilanas Hotels

we checked in during mid of Feb-21. it seems nice hotel to stay when we look through the website. we've never got a chance to stay here since it's always fully booked. luckily, we managed to get an apartment and a family suite for our stay. it was our first time to stay there, we were surprised that the hotel services were not up to standard. such a disappointment when you see there is no proper service provided by the front desk and the concierge was not very helpful. the front desk didn't finish her checked in process with guests infront of her and she kept asking if her colleague can manage the other check-ins. ??? not to mention that they have no proper guidance to our stay. to cut short, when we checked-in to the apartment, it was a bit smelly. there are no kitchen utensils for cooking, there is no bath robe, no bath tub as mentioned in the website. moreover, the door toilet in the main room couldn't be close properly. it was stuck! not to mention, the wifi was very poor and we can't even use the ”wireless cord telephone motorolla” that was provided in the room. we have to call the front-desk using our own phone and dialed the hotel number. what's the use of the phone if they can't be use, right?? we requested to move to another room, but they said it was fully booked. what surprised me, the room next door is available. we did not have a choice but to stay. luckily when we visited the other room, it has such a nice view facing the roundabout. but again, what disappoints us was that there is no wifi in that room. i would suggest for the hotel management to improve on certain areas in this hotel. please look through this.

Stayed for 1 night in early May 2019. Overall just an Ok hotel but you are getting what you paid for. Unfortunately during my stay the hotel's wifi wasn't working and it made it a horrible experience as I was on a business trip. Imagine being on a business trip overseas with no interest. Subsequently I had to use my phones 4G that costed me so much that I could have stayed in a better hotel for that money. Cleanliness is ok but since the building is too old so you that ”moldy smell”. They extended my checknout time till 4 as I had a late evening flight and it was the biggest plus with the hotel. I .right stay again until I find another hotel with similar rates and better services

Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments is a very excellent option for the travelers who prefers to stay in a convenient but relatively quiet place. Also, the facility and the staff are superior to make sure your stay will be pleasant while you visit Bandar Seri Begawan :)

Badi'ah Hotel is nothing short of superb! Large, spacious rooms with elegant/warm lighting and tasteful decor and artwork. Rooms were equipped with functional furniture such as a wall desk with a chair, 2 arm chairs, a folding luggage storage rack as well as a large cabinet for luggage storage and clothing. The room also came with an electronic safe, electric kettle, mini fridge, coffee/tea making supplies (Nescafé and milk powder packets, sugar, Lipton tea), 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs with little stir sticks and bathroom amenities such as bar soap, shampoo, body gel, 2 dental kits and a disposable bag. 2 bottles of water were also provided and were replenished each morning. The bathroom was large and clean with a large western toilet. Shower was enclosed, however, water still floods all over the bathroom floor when showering. On this point, the bathrooms could be improved. The bed was extremely comfortable, but unusually short in length. I am only 5'5” but my feet were hitting the edge of the bed. For anyone taller than 5'5”, I fear your feet may be hanging off the bed? Perhaps this was just the size of the double bed in my room, but I found this peculiar. The room also came with a flatscreen TV, with 9 channels to choose from. Limited, but fine for a few nights. Channel selections included BBC news, Discovery and also a Cinemax movie channel (all in English). There were a couple of other English channels also, but I didn't tune in to these. Channels/TV service cut in and out periodically - loss of service - unsure why, but it was manageable. Wifi signal was exceptionally strong, with a router on each floor and different floor networks to choose from. Very happy! Air conditioning in the room and ventilation both were excellent. Housekeeping was excellent and efficient! They started at a reasonable time and finished very quickly, never missing a beat and generous with replenishing used supplies and toiletries. Rooms were also very clean! There was an electronic pad inside to indicate whether you wanted your room cleaned or to be left be, which I thought was excellent design. Reception and kitchen staff were all amazing! Professional, friendly and welcoming of guests! Always opening the door for incoming and departing guests and happy to service any request with a smile! Staff were superb! My one complaint (other than the flooding shower) would be ants in the room. Unfortunately, this is in most tropical climates, and difficult to control, I understand. They are harmless, but, for sure, an annoyance. The hotel offered free airport pick-up and drop-off which was superb value and very much appreciated! The staff even waited for me despite my flight being delayed over an hour (sorry!). Location of the hotel is perfect! You can walk to all of the major tourist sights, and there are 2 major supermarkets close by, one in the complex just behind the hotel, which was very convenient (it's called First Emporium Supermarket). Good location with the biggest mall connected. Room is big with Brunei traditional style decor. The only thing I would complain is the network is not fast enough that I had to buy some mobile date to be able to work online.

First in mind: room air temperature was too chill, freezing, despite the fan is off, and temp control set to highest (30°C). I am working in computer industry, and 16°C is the ideal temperature for computer room, but not for human. During the stay, never warmer than 15°C. If I didnt heat fill bath tub with hot water, room temp would stay at around 11-13°C Good things: - location near the Mall, many resto around - spacious room Immediate improvement needed: - aircon temperature should be adjustable, able until 25°C. - toilet amenities: cotton buds Further improvement needed - toilet amenities, shaving kit, comb, higher quality of tooth brush - additional door lock of chain type - additional electric socket outlet near bed, of the international type - key-secured access lift - removal of big TV cabinet - list of hotel properties in room - bigger swimming pool

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete and convenient facilities. The rooftop swimming pool has a view of the Blue Mosque. You can walk to the night market to eat durian. The largest shopping mall and Wu Zun Bakery are both within ten minutes.

Very small room but comes with an attached bathroom which is the same size as an airplane bathroom :p No hot water until we asked for it and then they came to fix it.. But location is really good.. make sure to visit the gadong night market!

У нас не было выбора, потому что в связи с каникулами все другие отели были забиты. Хочу сразу сказать, что персонал очень старался, но из этого барака нельзя выжать больше, чем есть. Номера очень маленькие, я смотрел даже люксы, но и там места немного. Пришлось согласиться с двумя соединяющимися комнатами. Лифта нет, есть шикарная лестница, словно принесенная из отеля получше. В коридорах жара, потому что кондиционеры выключены в целях экономии. В комнатах кондиционеры пришлось гонять весь день, чтобы они хоть как-то охладили воздух, еле живые. Но это еще ерунда. Самое ужасное - это кровати! Они настолько твердые, как если бы вы лежали просто на фанере. Жена хотела сбежать обратно домой уже после первой же ночи в отеле, но я уговорил ее поменяться кроватями, что, впрочем, мало помогло. В санузле одной комнаты не было горячей воды, а во второй лейка душа была повреждена и брызгала во все стороны. Сотрудник отеля позвонил ночью и предупредил, что мы забыли выключить свет в машине, я вышел и выключил, спасибо ему, иначе бы утром не завел. Парковка была все время забита, и менеджер отеля поставил нашу машину на ВИП место прямо перед входом. Повторюсь - персонал великолепный, добрые и отзывчивые люди, но сам отель очень устал. Найдите другое место, если возможно, за эту цену обычно большой выбор.
