"The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. But the plastic cups and disposable cutlery make the experience worse. There was also a weird smell coming from the sink."

"Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh"

"The in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests."

"Hotel is nice and clean, the location is central and close to anything you might need. Best bang for buck hotel I’ve stayed at with breakfast included. Beds could be softer but the pool was greats for the kids and slide was a huge hit."

"We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic."

"The furniture and bedding of this hotel are also good, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the service is very thoughtful, it is close to the shopping mall, there are restaurants everywhere, and it is convenient in the city center."

"A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again."

"Pro's: location wise is good. There are nearby shops and it is just about 8- 10mins drive to Kelowna park (depends on traffic). Cons: We are a group of 3 pax, unable to use the sofabed as there is no sheets on it. Other thing is, choices for breakfast is not that much. Overall stay was ok"
