"Highly recommend overall! Make sure to book a river view room; the window view is like a painting.
1. Location: Right next to the Old Town, a 10-minute walk to the castle. You barely need to use public transport, your legs will do all the work.
2. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable, even has a coffee machine. The only downside is no complimentary bottled water.
3. Late check-out was not possible at all, but they offer free luggage storage."

"The room is clean and comfortable with a coffee machine. It is about 200 meters away from the castle hotel and the tourist bus meeting point. There is a bus at the hotel entrance that goes directly to the ferry terminal. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel with a good breakfast."

"The room was good, and the river view was absolutely stunning – you could take magazine-worthy photos right from your window! Cleanliness was decent too. A great bonus was having the 'Little Pig Restaurant' right on the ground floor of the hotel, so we never had to wait in line. The only real drawbacks were the limited number of elevators, leading to long waits, and the underground parking garage's low height clearance of just 1.83 meters."

"It was a much more comfortable hotel than I had imagined.
The staff were very kind, and the hotel rooms were clean. Considering that breakfast was included free of charge, I thought the price was very reasonable.
However, when I was using the shower, there was no hot water and by the end, it was just water (both days). It was a bit disappointing as we stayed there during the cold season.
However, overall, I thought it was a very nice hotel."

"We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants."

"The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained.
But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)"

"The hotel is located in Quebec old city center, it’s very close to the famous castle hotel. It’s a very convenient location. Room is clean and warm during the winter. It is serviced every day as well. We had the room at 4th floor, the top floor, but about 1/3 of the room is less than 1.8m, just like the attic. Despite that, it’s still quite spacious. We only had one complaint that the hotel does not have water drinking machine, you have to buy bottled water outside. Though the front desk told us tap water in Canada is drinkable, but I doubt so from a tap serving both hot and cold water."

"It is a very nice hotel. Small room but nothing is missing.

GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!

RRUIThe hotel is in the old town, very close to the attractions and within walking distance. Just in time for the Christmas season in Quebec City, the streets and alleys are all dressed up with various Christmas decorations, and the lights are very beautiful at night. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with two large beds very comfortable. Because there is no elevator in the old house, the residents can only climb the stairs, but fortunately, they can exercise on the third floor. There is a Thai restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the business is good. I originally booked a room without breakfast. I upgraded it to include breakfast at the front desk. Thank you very much. The parking fee for two nights was also confiscated before checking out. This trip was really worthwhile.

GGuest UserNice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect.
The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities.
I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy.
There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info.
I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop.
It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself.
All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

CConsultantI booked a hotel at the last minute (I booked it on the train to Quebec and didn't do any travel planning). I originally hoped to book a hotel 500 meters away from the train station, but almost all the hotels that met my requirements in terms of price and performance were gone. I had to book this hotel about one kilometer away from the train station. After checking in, I discovered that this hotel is located at the very core of Quebec's old city. It is only 100 meters away from the famous and top-notch Fairmont Chateau Hotel and the terrace area. It is basically 100 to 500 meters away from the main attractions, the business district and dining area of the old city. Mine. The landlady, a Chinese from Guangzhou, is very friendly. recommend!

GGuest UserA male staff member was helpful and very kind when I was lost trying to get to the hotel. I will be forever grateful to him as it was very frustrating!
The room was freezing and house keeping never came so I had to ask the front desk for blankets since they gave us dirty ones to begin with. Bed sheets were clean, but blankets were not clean. We did not get blankets because “ they didn’t have extras “. Instead they gave us 3 sets of thin sheets, which did not help against the cold room.
I told the staff the room was freezing and they said to turn the heat on. At that point the heat was on full blast for 5 - 6 hours and did not get any warmer.
Overall it wasn’t a great experience and will probably not stay there again in the future.
