Meh. Had to ask for more towels . 1 towel for 2 people ? Tried to charge for 2 breakfasts at $48 bucks a pop and there was 2 pieces of ham and a piece of cheese left . Granted they took it off the tab but I seriously should not have to comb my bill to make sure these things are put on the bill.

Wry nice and a Super value. Clean and well appointed rooms. Only downside was the noise from street and inner hall ways.

We had a great stay at hotel 71. The staff was excellent. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous. It was easily walking to all the things we wanted to do while in Quebec.

Fantastic stay from arrival to departure. Our room was huge and well stocked. Great soaking tub in bathroom. Easy walk to Old Quebec sites. Do not overlook the restaurant, Il Matto, as I enjoyed twice in a 3 night stay.

Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil. Un service hors-pair autant a l'accueil que par les valets. Les chambres sont grandes et très confortable. Nous avions une chambre au 7e étage avec une magnifique vue sur le fleuve St-Laurent. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour découvrir le vieux Québec. Nous retournerons sans hésiter. Merci a toute l'équipe!
