"This is the first time in my life a hotel has double-charged me. 1. First, I was wrongly charged $862 due to a system error. I requested a refund through ctrip 2. After receiving the refund, the hotel charged me another $862 — the exact same amount — without any authorization or explanation. How is it possible for a hotel to charge a guest's card at will, especially for a duplicate transaction that was already refunded? This is unacceptable and feels financially predatory. I’m sharing this to alert other travelers. Check your statements if you’ve stayed here!"

"Both beds were built-in closet beds, one of which overlapped with the dining table, so we set up another table to use as a dining table. There was a small separate kitchen for cooking, but the stoves in Canada are generally not very powerful. The hotel had a large children's play area, which I think kids would love. Adults also had their own game consoles."
