Hotels in Quebec City

"Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!"

"The guy at the FD who checked us in was very nice. He was very helpful that when we noticed we don’t have a kettle in room, he went up to our floor and got us a new one. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Hair was found beside the window and the duvet cover was a bit stained. But overall we enjoyed the stay. :)"

"The room is clean and has free breakfast. Due to special reasons, I didn't check in on time. Ctrip helped coordinate and later changed the check-in time. Thank you Ctrip for your care from the other side of the earth🌍. Thank you also to the hotel🏨"

"Insufficient facilities such as electric plugs, only one in each group is connected to electricity, coffee machine should use bedside lamp plugs to get electricity or not watch TV to let coffee machine or other electrical appliances use! ! ! There is not enough clothes hanging in the bathroom, and shampoo supplies should also be placed in a place, disappointed! ! !"

"We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants."

"Part of the hotel is under renovation, the room facilities are old, especially the refrigerator and air conditioner are so noisy. Fortunately, the summer in Quebec is not hot, so we unplugged the refrigerator and air conditioner to fall asleep. After checking in at the front desk, take the elevator on the first floor to the third floor, and then transfer from the third floor to the floor where you are staying. Speaking of the elevator from the first floor to the third floor, it shakes violently when it arrives. I was scared the first time I took it, but I got used to it later. The distance between the hotel and the old town is not close. We parked our car in the ground parking lot behind the hotel and paid $73.9 for two days. The most satisfying thing is the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. The price is moderate and the taste is great."

"We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway."

"It is a very nice hotel. Small room but nothing is missing. The air conditioning is noisy and the soundproofing is not adequate. We hear the neighbors taking the shower. Shame"

"This hotel offers great value for money. The room rate is reasonable, the facilities are complete, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The bed is a bit small, a bit cramped for two people. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the check-in process is very efficient. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the old town, and the breakfast selection is rich and of good quality."
