"This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure."

"The environment is clean and bright, next to Staybridge Suites, the same group. The hotel staff is very friendly and actively helps solve the problem. There is a water slide in the hotel pool, but unfortunately there is no swimsuit this time. If you go to Red Deer again, you will definitely stay again."

"We stayed here while in between moving house, the hotel staff are super nice! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! We were super stoked that the aircon was freezing as it was boiling outside. Didn’t use the gym or pool but lots did and seemed to enjoy it from what we could see. Would stay again"

"People above us were extremely loud could hear every hard step they made and conversation at night and in morning. Went for breakfast there was a long black hair in eggs with cheese. Grossed me right out"
